Hoe veerkrachtig of kwetsbaar was de organisatie op het moment van de gebeurtenisImpact hangt af van wat er precies gebeurd is (acuut, chronisch, ...)Mate van erkenning van het aangerichte leed (soms wordt het immers ontkend bv. bij medische fout om claims te vermijden)Mate van begeleiding, opvang en ontwikkeling op basis van wat er gebeurd is

Soms kan er dus sprake zijn van Post Traumatische Groei en soms van Post Traumatische Stress (= Systeemtrauma voor organisaties).

CRUX is dus de ernst van het moment inzien en daarnaar handelen (shock !!!)8
