WORK LIFE BALANCE
The expression "worklife balance" was first used in the United Kingdomin the late 1970s to describe the balance between an individual's work and personal life.In the United States, this phrase was first used in 1986.
G.H and his colleagues (2003) define work- family balance/work-life balance as; Degree to which an individual is equally engaged and equally satisfied with his or her work role and family role.
Worklife balanceis a theory includes right prioritizing between "work" (career and ambition) and "lifestyle" (health, enjoyment, relaxation,familyand religious growth/consideration).
