Telford 25 joined Telford 31 and both vessels were connected to the Ofon facility by telescopic gangways, adding accommodation capacity for another 355 personnel*.
The project was successfully completed in 2014 and once again demonstrated the versatility and flexibility of the DP3 fleet to allow the Client to benefit from large accommodation capacities and efficient gangway personnel transfer systems.
On January 7 2015, Total completed the flare out of the Ofon field and the associated gas of the field was being compressed, evacuated to shore and monetized via Nigeria LNG.
Telford 31 can provide accommodation facilities to approximately 469 personnel. Due to the large quantity of sub-contractors that worked on the platform a Portable Accommodation Block (PAB) was installed on the main deck of Telford 31, which increased the vessels capacity to accommodate up to 597 persons.

Over the full year 2014 two multi purpose DP3 Accommodation vessels, Telford 31 (ex Jascon 31) and Telford 25 (ex Jascon 25) were deployed to provide the client with the required POB.
