6:00 am Snow delivery (complete by 8:00 am) 8:00 am Vendor Alley “Santa’s Shoppes” Set-up * Parking lot used for unloading/loading only! 8:30 am Decoration/set-up volunteers meet at HOA Office (36340 W. Picasso St.) 10:00 am Ice sculptor, food vendors DJ, petting zoo/ bouncies/ “reindeer” arrive to set up 10:45 am ALL paid vendors, food vendors and “Santa’s Shoppes” participants MUST be set up 11:00 am Winterfest Begins! (DJ Eric to welcome guests) 11:00 am (2) hrs. Petting Zoo, “reindeer rides”, bouncies 11:00 am Ice Sculptor to sculpt life-size snowman 11:30 am Arrival of Santa Claus on motorcycle! 12:15 pm Ice sculptor to complete snowman; guests invited to take photos through Frosty’s “head” 12:30 pm Keiki Holiday Hula Performance with Hula Dance Studio 1:00 pm Completion of petting zoo, bouncies, reindeer 1:30 pm Announce Christmas Tree Lane Raffle Winners 2:00 pm Completion of Tortosa Winterfest! Tortosa’s 2013 Winterfest!
Vendor Checklist All vendors must be ready to go by 10:45 am, as the event starts sharply at 11:00 am and conclude at 2:00 pm. 1. Vendor set-up is between 8:00 am—10:30 am. 2. Vendors may use parking lot only for unloading/loading purposes, then must move vehicle to school parking lot to ensure all vendors may set up in a timely fashion. 3. All vehicles must be out of parking lot before 10:15 am, no exceptions. 4. Vendors may tear down no earlier than 2:00 pm. 5. You are responsible for clean-up of your booth space. 6. Do not forget: tables, chairs, pop-ups, tie downs, water, coolers, product and business cards. 7. If you have a raffle item, please bring item to raffle table (see diagram) by 10:45 am along with your business info. 8. Please advise that although every spot is a prime loca-tion, vendor space is on a first come, first serve basis and will be numerically marked with candy canes. * Reminder: there is no power or water available on-site.
