Location• Situated in the mountains, near by a lake and a river.

The field includes a special route for cycling, horse riding and for buggys. The mountains permit to do mountaineering, the lake and the river invite to a ride by boat or canoe along the river.

• The acces to the property will be made by our 3 stars bus from the near by city.

The buildingThe building has got 20 rooms: 4 rooms

for the owners, 6 rooms for the staff and 10 rooms for accomodation. At the entrence it has got a reception area for the tourists. Next to the building there is a store where we keep the sport equipment.

The distance• The distance betwen the nearest city

(Brasov) and our location is of about 30 kilometres and the access is possible by car or by bus (of our own company). The connection road is a national one (DN 2A).

• Bikes : 20 mountain bikes of 5,000 € value (250 € each).

30,000 € value (2 boats at 10,000 € and 2 at 5,000 €.)

• Canoes : 10 canoes of 3,000 € value (300 € each).

• Bungy jumping : 12 equipments for this of 3,000 € value (250 € each).

• Buggy : 10 buggys of 25,000 € value (2,500 € each).
