It is the best way to capture your unique skills, qualification and accomplishments and share them with your leadership team. As Talent Management processes are rolled out in the future, including Talent Review Boards (TRBs), senior managers will refer to the data contained within the Talent Profile during their conversations. It wi ll be es s entia l tha t you provide comprehens ive and deta iled informat ion s o tha t your unique s ki lls and a ccomplis hment s can be highlighted.   Additionally, this is a great collabor ation tool. In Oracle’s large, global organization, having searchable Talent Profiles will enable people to more effectively find those with similar interests and skills leading to an increase in collaboration and innovation. The Tale nt Pr ofiles will a lso  facili tat e career development opportuni ties , s uch as mentor ing , as they wi ll enable networking with those outside of an employees’ immedia te cir cle. Note: Only regular Oracle employees are loaded into Oracle Talent Review; Contractors are not loaded into the system. Uploading Your Photo

  Select a clear portrait photo that is greater than 90pixels by 120 pixels. Very large files will not beuploaded.

  This photo will portray your professional imageinternally at Oracle.

  Avoid using photos with sunglasses or informal photoswith friends. A head-and-shoulders photo is best

  From the homepage or Navigator Menu>click onDirectory > Click your own link of your name in the OrgChart.

  Click Edit button.  You'll see a "Choose File" link in the Photo region on

the upper left corner.

Completing the Career Planning card

  You need to complete:o  Career and Work Preferenceso  Aspirations

  You do not need to complete:o  Careers of Interest

We are not yet using these modules.

Career Preferences

  Click on the Talent Profile icon on the homepage orselect from the Navigator menu.

  Click on the left lower tab

  Click on the link Work and Career Preferences>Edit

  Complete your work and career preferences

  Click Save and Close

**This data is visible to your manager, no other employees

Completing the Skills and Qualifications card

  Click on the Talent Profile icon on the homepage orselect from the Navigator menu.

  Click on the left top tab

  Click >Edit

Skills and Qualifications

  Record your education, accomplishments andexperiences

  Only enter content that applies to you and is relevant toyour career at Oracle

  Submit regularly, to avoid inadvertent loss of unsaveddata

  The system also has a timeout if there is no activity

** If is helpful to have your resume, job description, and mostrecent performance appraisal available to use as reference.

  Complete your Skills and Qualifications and othercategories

  Click Save and Close when complete

Periodic Updates:

  Oracle recommends that you review your Talent Profile at least twice a year and make necessary updates

  A good time to do this is after your performance review discussion, or after a career conversation

  Access the Talent Management Site for additional tools and resources.  Do you have Talent Profile, Oracle Talent Review or Talent Management Question? Visit MyHelp. 

AppendixJob Family and Job Function List

At this time, the E-Business Suite HRMS is the source of truth for the Job Family and Job Function list and those definitions are the ones

that we have imported into Oracle Talent Review. Also the Job Families and Job Functions appear in the Job Competency Tool, the My

Career Toolkit and the Job Readiness Assessment Toolkit. We are tightly constrained from changing the definitions in Oracle Talent

Review since we would then be diverging from the source of truth.
