Contact section (required)The Contact section is populated by a separate piece of content called a Contact Information item. That Contact item can be used anywhere that this information needs to appear on the site. If you need to change any of the contact information related to a location, it will be updated everywhere that the Contact item is used. When you build your page, check for an existing Contact Information item for the location before creating a new one. Copy and paste this section to add additional addresses if needed for separate building entrances. There is an additional contact section at the end of this workbook to add contact information for other related locations, such as different departments or offices at a courthouse, etc.

Titles

Contact items have 2 titles. The Display title is what may appear on a page. But multiple Contact items may require the same Display title. For example, the Governor’s Office would use “Governor’s Office” for 2 locations — Boston and Springfield. The Admin title provides a way to distinguish between 2 Contact items with the same Display title. It is for internal use only and will never be displayed to the public. Its primary purpose is to help you select this Contact Information item when inserting it on another page.

Note: If you have contact information for additional departments or offices at this location, please create them as separate Contact Information items and add them to the Additional Contacts section of the page.

Additional Addresses (optional)

This should only be used in the rare cases that the building has multiple entrances.
