HYDRAULIC CENTRALIZER

Description

The hydraulic centralizer is an adjustable expandable centralizer capable ofcollapsing to its original OD .200-400 PSI pressure differential moves the pistons to which the end of thebow springs are attached, toward the center of the tool . As the pistonsmove, the springs bow outward and increase the tool OD to the pre-deter-mined setting .When the annulus pressure and tubing pressure are equal, the bow springsand the piston springs will drive the pistons back and the tool will revert toits original OD .

DYNAMOMETER

Description

The dynamometer is a fully enclosed unit that incorporates a high pressuretriplex pump, an inverter to control pump speed, RPM counter, torquegauge, hydraulic brake and controls, pump pressure gauge and a flowmeter. The circulating tank and splash guard are also part of the unit .

Function

To test the output performance of PDM and Impella type motors . All of ourmotors are tested and motor characteristics are recorded . This shows theperformance conditions such as :•

Flow rates and circulating pressure•

Torque generated at a given flow rate•

Pressure drop or delta pressure under load•

RPM at a given flow rate on and off bottom .
