Prices, Styles, Colors and Quantities: All prices are subject to change without notice. All merchandise will be shipped at prices in effect at the time of shipping. Threadfast Apparel re-serves the right to change or discontinue styles, colors, sizes or fabrics without notice. Prices and specs are subject to change at any time, without notice. Order Placing and Shipping: Most in-stock credit approved orders for standard delivery received by 3pm Eastern Time will ship the same day. Please consult your customer service rep for updated order status. Additions to orders already placed will be considered new orders. All merchandise will be shipped FOB origin. You will receive an email order confirmation for all orders placed. If you did not receive a confirmation, we did not process your order. Please follow up with your customer service rep. All freight claims for missing or damaged merchandise must be filed with your freight carrier, except UPS or FEDEX shipments.

Discrepancies, Returns and Claims: We will do everything possible to ship your order timely and accurately. Due to possible human error, it is the buyer / consignee’s responsibility to verify that the merchandise received matches what was ordered and to resolve any claims before garments are altered. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any claims due to incorrect shipments if garments are already altered. It is the buyer’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect and test all mer-chandise before washing, printing, or any type of decorating. While we build our products to perform well under all standard decorating processes, the embellishment processes conducted by the buyer are beyond our control. Therefore, once product is altered in any way, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. All claims must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods. Returns will not be accepted without prior written authorization. Returned merchandise will be refused if not labeled with RMA # [Return Merchandise Authorization]. A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns for reasons beyond Threadfast Apparel’s control.

Garment Dyed / Washed Product: Garment dyes and novelty washes are more art-form than science, therefore no two garments are exactly alike. Enjoy each garment for its own uniqueness. Many of our washes will continue to fade into softer shades with wear.
