Height: Stand straight against the wall without shoes. Using a measuring tape, measure from the bottom of your feet to the top of your head.

Neck: Wrap the measuring tape around your neck, allowing two fingers inbetween neck and tape.

Chest: Measure just under arms across shoulder blades at the fullest part of the chest or bust and back, holding measuring tape level and firm.

Waist: Measure over shirt only, around waist where pants or skirts normally rest. Keep tape level and snug, but not tight.

Hips: Measure around the fullest point of seat while standing. Wrap measuring tape around hips.
