They ask thee (O Muhammad) concerning the New Moons. Say: They are but signs to mark fixed periods of time in the affairs of men, and for Pilgrimage. It is no virtue if ye enter your houses from the back: It is virtue if ye fear Allah. Enter houses through the proper doors: And fear Allah: That ye may prosper.

And lo! of the People of the Scripture there are some who believe in Allah and that which is revealed unto you and that which was revealed unto them, humbling themselves before Allah. They purchase not a trifling gain at the price of the revelations of Allah. Verily their reward is with their Lord. Lo! Allah is swift to take account.O ye who believe! Persevere in constancy and patience; vie in such perseverance; strengthen each other; and fear Allah; that ye may prosper.

O ye who believe! Be heedful of Allah, seek the means of approach unto Him, and strive with might and main in His cause: that ye may prosper.As for those who disbelieve, lo! if all that is in the earth were theirs, and as much again therewith, to ransom them from the doom on the Day of Resurrection, it would not be accepted from them. O ye who believe! Intoxicants and gambling, dedication of stones, and divination by arrows, are an abomination,- of Satan's handwork: eschew such abomination, that ye may prosper.Satan's plan is to excite enmity and hatred between you, with intoxicants and gambling, and hinder you from the remembrance of Allah, and from prayer: will ye not then abstain?

Nothing is incumbent on the Messenger but to deliver the Message, and Allah knows what you do openly and what you hide.Say: The bad and the good are not equal, though the abundance of the bad may please you; so be heedful of Allah, O men of understanding, that you may prosper.

Thy Lord is the Absolute, the Lord of Mercy. If He wills, He can remove you and can cause what He wills to follow after you, even as He raised you from the seed of other people.Lo! What ye are promised will surely come to pass, and ye cannot escape.Say: "O my people! Do whatever ye can: I will do my part: soon will ye know who it is whose end will be best in the Hereafter: certain it is that the wrong-doers will not prosper."

Those who follow the Messenger, the Prophet who can neither read nor write, whom they will find described in the Torah and the Gospel (which are) with them. He will enjoin on them what is right and forbid them what is wrong. He will make lawful for them all good things and prohibit for them only the foul; and he will relieve them of their burden and the fetters that they used to wear. Then those who believe in him, and honor him, and help him, and follow the light which is sent down with him: they are the successful.

O ye who believe! When ye meet a force, be firm, and call Allah in remembrance often; that ye may prosper:And obey Allah and His Messenger; and fall into no disputes, lest ye lose heart and your power depart; and be patient and persevering: For Allah is with those who patiently persevere:

But the Messenger, and those who believe with him, strive and fight with their wealth and their persons: for them are all good things: and it is they who will prosper.Allah has prepared for them Gardens beneath which rivers flow, to abide in them; that is the great achievement.

Who does more wrong than such as forge a lie against Allah, or deny His Signs? But never will prosper those who sin.They worship beside Allah what neither hurts them nor profits them, and they say: These are our intercessors with Allah. Say: Would ye inform Allah of something that He knows not in the heavens or in the earth? Praised be He and High Exalted above all that ye associate with Him!

They say: "Allah has begotten a son!" - Glory be to Him! He is self-sufficient! His are all things in the heavens and on earth! No warrant have ye for this! say ye about Allah what ye know not?Say: "Those who invent a lie against Allah will never prosper."A little enjoyment in this world!- and then, to Us will be their return, then shall We make them taste the severest penalty for their blasphemies.

Said Moses: "Say ye this about the truth when it has actually reached you? Is sorcery like this? But not we shall believe in you!"

And she in whose house he was sought to make himself yield to her, and she made fast the doors and said: Come forward. He said: I seek Allah's refuge, surely my Lord made good my abode: Surely the unjust do not prosper.She verily desired him, and he would have desired her if it had not been that he saw the argument of his Lord. Thus it was, that We might ward off from him evil and lewdness. Lo! he was of Our chosen slaves.

And, for what your tongues describe, do not utter the lie, (saying) This is lawful and this is unlawful, in order to forge a lie against Allah; surely those who forge the lie against Allah shall not prosper.A brief enjoyment will be theirs; and theirs a painful doom.

For they, if they should come to know of you, will stone you or turn you back to their religion; then ye will never prosper.And in like manner We disclosed them (to the

people of the city) that they might know that the promise of Allah is true, and that, as for the Hour, there is no doubt concerning it. When (the people of the city) disputed of their case among themselves, they said: Build over them a building; their Lord knows best concerning them. Those who won their point said: We will certainly raise a Masjid over them.

We said: Fear not, surely you shall be the uppermost,Throw that which is in thy right hand: Quickly will it swallow up what they have faked: what they have faked is but a magician's trick: and the magician thrives not, no matter where he goes."So the magicians were thrown down to prostration: they said, "We believe in the Lord of Aaron and Moses".

So when the trumpet is blown, on that day, there shall be no ties of relationship between them, nor shall they ask of each other.Then those whose balance of good deeds is heavy,- they will attain salvation:But those whose balance is light, will be those who have lost their souls, in Hell will they abide.

Therefore exalted be Allah, the King, the Reality: there is no god but He, the Lord of the Throne of Honor!And whoever invokes with Allah another god-- he has no proof of this-- his reckoning is only with his Lord; surely the disbelievers shall fail to win.And (O Muhammad) say: My Lord! Forgive and have mercy, for You are Best of all who show mercy.

And tell the believing women to lower their gaze and be modest, and to display of their adornment only what is apparent, and to draw their head-coverings over their bosoms, and not to reveal their adornment except to their own husbands or fathers or husbands' fathers, or their sons or their husbands' sons, or their brothers or their brothers' sons or sisters' sons, or their women, or their slaves, or male attendants who lack vigor, or children who know naught of women's nakedness. And let them not stamp their feet so as to reveal what they hide of their adornment. And turn unto Allah together, O believers, that ye may attain Bliss.

The answer of the Believers, when summoned to Allah and His Messenger, in order that He may judge between them, is no other than this: they say, "We hear and we obey": it is such as these that will attain felicity.And he who obeys Allah and His Messenger, and fears Allah, and is heedful of Him, these it is that are the achievers.

I know not that ye have a god other than me, so kindle for me a fire, O Haman, to bake the mud; and set up for me a lofty tower in order that I may survey the god of Moses; and lo! I deem him of the liars.

But as to him who repents and believes and does good, will have hopes to be among those who achieve salvationThy Lord does create and choose as He pleases: no choice have they in the matter: Glory to Allah! and far is He above the partners they ascribe to Him!

And He is Allah: There is no god but He. To Him be praise, at the first and at the last: for Him is the Command, and to Him shall ye all be brought back.

So We caused the earth to swallow him and his dwelling-place. Then he had no host to help him against Allah, nor was he of those who can save themselves.And those who had envied his position the day before began to say on the morrow: "Ah! it is indeed Allah Who enlarges the provision or restricts it, to any of His servants He pleases! had it not been that Allah was gracious to us, He could have caused the earth to swallow us up! Ah! those who reject Allah will assuredly never prosper."

Do they not see that Allah makes ample provision for whom He pleases, or restricts it? Verily in that are Signs for those who believe.So give what is due to kindred, the needy, and the wayfarer. That is best for those who seek the Countenance, of Allah, and it is they who will prosper.

Alif Lam Mim. These are Verses of the Wise Book,-A Guide and a Mercy to the Doers of Good,-Those who keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate and have sure faith in the Hereafter.These are on true Guidance from their Lord: and these are the ones who will prosper.

You shall not find a people who believe in Allah and the latter day befriending those who act in opposition to Allah and His Messenger, even though they were their own fathers, or their sons, or their brothers, or their kinsfolk; these are they into whose hearts He has impressed faith, and whom He has strengthened with an inspiration from Him: and He will cause them to enter Gardens beneath which rivers flow, abiding therein; Allah is well-pleased with them and they are well-pleased with Him these are Allah's party: Truly it is the Party of Allah that will achieve Felicity.

It is for the poor who fled their homes and their possessions, seeking grace of Allah and His pleasure, and assisting Allah and His Messenger: these it is that are the truthful.But those who before them, had homes (in

Medina) and had adopted the Faith,- show their affection to such as came to them for refuge, and entertain no desire in their hearts for things given to the latter, but give them preference over themselves, even though poverty was their own lot. And those saved from the covetousness of their own souls,- they are the ones that achieve prosperity.

O ye who believe! When the call is proclaimed to prayer on Friday, hasten earnestly to the Remembrance of Allah, and leave off business: That is best for you if ye but knew!And when the Prayer is finished, then may ye disperse through the land, and seek of the Bounty of Allah: and celebrate the Praises of Allah often and without stint: that ye may prosper.

So fear Allah as much as ye can; listen and obey and spend in charity for the benefit of your own soul. And whoso is saved from his own greed,- they are the ones that achieve prosperity.If ye lend unto Allah a goodly loan, He will double it for you and will forgive you, for Allah is Responsive, Clement,Knower of the Invisible and the Visible, the Mighty, the Wise.

He indeed shall prosper who purifies himself,And magnifies the name of his Lord and prays.Nay! you prefer the life of this world,Although the Hereafter is better and more lasting.Lo! This is in the former scrolls.The Books of Abraham and Moses.

سورة - الشمس -8آية - 91سورة14

And by the soul and Him Who perfected itSo He inspired it to understand what is right and wrong for it;Truly he succeeds, him who purifies it,And he fails, him who corrupts it!(The tribe of) Thamud denied the truth in their rebellious pride,Behold, the most wicked man among them was deputed for impiety.

And the messenger of Allah said: It is the she-camel of Allah, so let her drink!But they denied him, and they hamstrung her, so Allah doomed them for their sin and razed their dwellings.
