This year, special focus will be on the challenging issues related to the creation, management, dissemination, and communication of information. Topics of Interest include, but are not limited to, the following: Access Networks Bioinformatics Data Mining and Database Applications Distributed Systems Architecture and Management Digital Satellite Communications ECommerce and EServices Economic and Regulatory Issues FaultTolerance and Error Recovery Grid and Cluster Computing Human Language Technologies Image Processing and Visualization Internet Services and Applications Internet Protocols Advances and Evolution Management of Telecommunications Services Mobile Adhoc and Sensor Networks Digital Media Technologies Modeling and Simulation Network Design, Optimization, and Management Network Reliability and Quality of Service Optical Networking Overlay and Programmable Networks PeertoPeer Computing Real Time Communication Services Routing and Multicast Security and Cryptography Software Engineering Standards Wireless, Cellular, and Mobile Communications Web Services and Service Oriented Architectures Submission Guidelines: Papers should describe original work and be 15 doublespaced pages or less in length. A concise and representative abstract should be included. The paper should clearly indicate the complete postal and electronic mailing addresses, as well as the phone number of the corresponding author. Accepted papers up to 6 pages in the IEEE doublecolumn proceedings format will be published with no additional charge. Submissions exceeding pages will be charged an additional fee.
