“How has this country come to the point that the federal govern-ment can run roughshod over the rights of the States, and more im-portantly, the rights of the People?” asked a Bundy blogger in a recent blog post. LB Bork, author of The Red Amendment, sums it up in one word: Reconstruction. Historian and legal researcher, Joseph Ro-rie, would agree. The taproot to the takeover of the government of our Founders remains the so called Civ-il War, the Reconstruction Acts of 1867 and The Fourteenth Amend-ment. Many people consider them-selves Patriots and Constitutional-ists. However, without understand-ing the diabolical fraud, the players behind it and the legislation that it birthed, we’ll continue to just wave flags and argue about Democrats and Republicans. The treachery against and overthrow of the government of the Founders could not have succeed-ed without the aid of the Merriam Webster Dictionary. Joseph Rorie writes “The falsifying of key gov-ernmental words and phrases by wordsmiths of the Merriam Web-ster Company has successfully de-stroyed the original United States of America by fabricating defini-tions beginning in their 1864 edi-tion, and every edition thereafter to date. False patriotic goals are now in the minds of the American people because of this, and the wrong form of government is be-ing practiced as a result of this.” One clear example of this con-spiracy fact- not theory, is the word federal. James Madison, writing

in the Federalists Papers in 1788, uses the word federal in contrast to national 27 times. For instance, “In this relation, then, the new Con-stitution will, if established, be a federal, and not a national consti-tution.” The word federal prior to 1864 clearly referred to a confeder-acy of sovereign states. A national government meant a consolidation of the states of the Union. The so-called Civil War was not about slavery nor was it against the right of the states in the South to leave the Union. People in the North clearly understood that all states had the right to secede. BLOOD MONEY: The Civil War and

the Federal Reserve by John Rem-ington Graham is a brief and highly readable account of the deliberate actions of the Jewish international banking houses and how the Civil War would not have happened if it had not been planned and fomented by these banksters and their agents. The Change-Agents were known as the 48ers. The American Jewish Archives’ article Jewish For-ty-Eighters in America writes that the term “Originally applied only to those persons who had participated in the European Revolutions and who then migrated to America be-cause of personal disillusionment or fear of government reprisal...” These German-Jewish revolution-aries attempted to destabilize mon-archies in France, Italy, Germany, Poland, and Austria. “A spectre is haunting Europe - the spectre of Communism”, wrote Karl Marx and Frederick Engels in the opening passage of the Communist Mani-festo in 1848. Coming to the united States,

these anti-government Jews were foolishly allowed into elected of-fices and began fomenting the Civil War, backed by Rothschild/ War-burg money. As true then as now, Major General Smedley D. Butler, USMC [Retired] in his 1935 book, War is a Racket, presented an exposé and trenchant condemnation of the profit motive behind warfare. One of Butler’s most widely quoted statements: “I spent 33 years and four months in active military ser-vice and during that period I spent most of my time as a high class muscle man for Big Business, for Wall Street and the bankers. In short, I was a racketeer, a gang-ster for capitalism.” The Civil War was strictly for the purpose of taking over the government of the Founders and installing the Communist national regime oppressing us today with their headquarters on Wall Street. After the Civil War, political speech-

es referred to “the new govern-ment”. This new government had a new constitution. Gone was The Constitution For the United States, replaced by The Constitution Of The United States. This seemingly harmless change from FOR to OF, makes a world of difference. Per-haps think of your own household. The House Rules For the Children is 180 degrees different from The House Rules Of the Children. Who do you want running your home- the parents or the children? The changes by the lexicog-raphers of the Merriam-Webster Company to these words success-fully ended state sovereignty and the God-given, natural rights of the people intended by the Founders. So when we hear “Restore the Con-stitution!”, the correct response should be “Which one?”. Next, The Stampede will examine the true purpose of the 14th Amendment.

One Nation Under FraudPart 1

Federal:Federal was changed from denoting a confederacy, to acquire a national meaning – Confederation remaining the same except for the second part: “The United States are sometimes called the Confederation.” Hmm! Wonder why they left that out?Congress:Congress was changed from “The assembly of the Delegates of the Several States” to “The assembly of senators and representatives of the people of a nation.”State:State was changed from an Independent Political body to a national dependent (and later editions further reduced the States down to nothing but “territorial units”).E Pluribus Unum:E Pluribus Unum (our motto) was changed from “One composed of many… many States confederated” to “One government formed of many States.”Democracy:Democracy was changed to mean the same as “a Republic,” andUnion:Acquired a new meaning, no longer “States United” but a consolidated, single body.

For a full expose on the Merriam-Webster Dictionary Conspiracy Fraud you can view a series of informal lectures on YouTube or read a clever, informative tale by Joseph Rorie http://firstfreedom.net/Cats.pdf

Bundy Refuge Trialin the industry are backed-up with cattle to slaughter. The simple Jew-ish ingenuity is to lower the price for a bigger profit. These two or three packers rival the Federal Re-serve in making money. In another issue of The Stampede, I said: “If R-Calf’s Bul-lard is truly sincere about reduc-ing imported meat, why doesn’t he address the problem? I have never heard him bitch about the World Bank, International Monetary Fund (IMF), or Bank of International Set-tlements. These aristocratic Jews, who run the money systems, set the value of currencies which gov-erns the price of meat exported out of foreign counties. The game plan of the Jews is to rape the third world countries (steal their meat) and sell the meat to the bargain shoppers in the United States. The media of the Jews propagandize the United States as having a strong dollar. This way, the Jews are mak-ing money coming and going-buy cheap, sell high.” “The laborers of the third world countries continually com-plain about the high price of their meat, and they cannot afford to buy it, because it is being exported. . . . I can remember, when the Austra-lians went on a meat packing labor strike, because most of their meat was being exported, and the supply was being dried up. The strike nev-er amounted to anything because the labor leaders of the Australian workers had a peasant mentality, or the leaders were Jews.” R-Calf’s only solution is to make a statement without the word Jew by stating: “Dominant Meat-packers Are Now Too Big To Regu-late.” Bullard wants to be politically correct and is afraid to use the term Jew Packer.

Comrade Anna J. Brown, trial judge in the Bundy Refuge case, apparently is reading from a Stalinist Show Trial Manual, not the Federal Rules of Criminal Proce-dure. Persistent witness tampering doesn’t faze Comrade Brown. On Monday, Deborah Sue Venetucci, a court observer, who has been in the Portland court-room every day of the trial, filed a sworn affidavit of witness tamper-ing. Venetucci and others noticed 2-4 people seated behind the pros-ecutors, chairs against the partition that separates the courtroom from the gallery giving government wit-nesses non-verbal communication during cross examination. These in-dividuals change with every witness. She noticed this with the very first witness Sheriff Dave Ward pausing after each question from the defense attorneys and looking to the group for instruction. This in-court coaching continued with every government witness except Harney County residents who do not work for the government. Venetucci iden-tified some of the “coaches” as FBI agents Comrade Greg Bretzing and Comrade Billy Williams. During a brief break while the jurors were being dismissed, Venetucci approached a US Mar-shal and asked who was this group. The marshal cheerfully replied “They’re from the government. They’re with us.” The marshal’s demeanor instantly changed when Venetucci asked her if she noticed the non-verbal communication be-tween them and the witnesses. She immediately threatened Venetucci with removal to the overflow room on the 13th floor “if you are going to mess with the proceeding.”

Venetucci quietly left the courtroom seeking the supervi-sor of the US Marshals or Chief Judge Mosman but her request was thwarted by another the US Marshal. “By then, the lady Marshal came out and I told her that I want-ed her name. She aggressively stat-ed that she was not going to give me her name and demanded I give her my ID. She falsely informed the other marshal that I was kicked out of the courtroom and if I came back to arrest me.” In the Land of the Free and Home of the Brave, you might think this type of witness tampering would lead to a mistrial. But not in Marxist Amerika. Comrade Brown told the courtroom if they saw this going on again to notify her. Ac-cording to Dr. Roger Roots, when Ammon Bundy’s attorney Marcus Mumford kept asking a witness why he kept looking away from him to the group of coaches, thereby alerting the judge, it was Mumford who was chastised by Brown. According to title 18 United States Code section 1512, even at-tempting to alter a witness’ testi-mony is a federal crime. But not in Comrade Brown’s court. On Thursday, Brown threat-ened Mumford with contempt of court and $1000 fine per offense if he continued to mention the murder of LaVoy Finicum. Some attorneys have said that Mumford’s confron-tations with Comrade Brown are a calculated part of defending his cli-ent. Ruling on a video that the de-fense wanted suppressed, she ruled to allow the video of eight or nine men shooting rifles at the Refuge boat ramp to be played next week.

She said she found it preju-dicial, “but not unfairly prejudicial.’’ Clearly, it would only be unfairly prejudicial if it benefited the defendants. Ammon’s wife Lisa, commented on rancher Andy Dunbar and his son who re-ceived $4000 from the FBI, saying “they did nothing but lie through their teeth on the stand.” The receipt of the money was made known in court. Also confirmed during this week’s court proceedings is that Mark McConnell, the driver of the Jeep who insisted Ammon ride with him the night of the murder and ar-rests was a government informant. That won’t come as a surprise to anyone that has followed the case. McConnell was reported to have rushed the van carrying the rest of the Victoria Sharp’s family to leave the Refuge. He keep prodding them to leave to so the Kill Zone could be set up before his Jeep and LaVoy’s truck entered the area. (An excellent forensic analysis video on the Fini-cum murder has just been released. It can be found on You Tube under the title “LaVoy Assassination Fo-rensic Proof Released.) Next week, the prosecution intends to call another twenty of their FBI comrades to the stand. As someone on Fedbook wrote “This is not a trial. This is a travesty of justice. We should all be alarmed and concerned. What if it was you or your family? This is an atrocity.”

Wesley Batista, the CEO of JBS, was suspended from all management posts by Brazilian Court Order. J & F Investimentos SA, the family’s holding company, is alleged malfeasance of four state pension funds that allegedly overpaid for stakes in Brazil-ian-owned companies, including a pulp and paper firm owned by this family’s holding company Eldorado Brasil Celulose SA.[1]

J & F has until October 21 to re-fund 1.5 billion reais ($425 million) needed for the pension funds. “The Batistas have historically held close ties to Brazil’s gov-ernment, with the media dubbing JBS a ‘national champion’ after cash from devel-opment bank BNDES helped finance part of a $20 billion, decade-long acquisition spree that turned it into the world’s largest beef and poultry producer.” In May, Bra-zilian President Michel Temer tapped J & F then-chairman, Henrique Meirelles, as his finance minister. Henrique Meirelles is the former head of the central bank and was chair-man of the family holding company, J & F, from 2012 until earlier this year, when he resigned to return to government. “Brazil’s economic development

bank, which is the target of a separate in-vestigation into suspected preferential treatment for certain companies including JBS, owns a 20.4% stake in the company, and from 2005 to 2014 the bank lent the company an additional 2.5 billion reais.” Batista’s home, and J & F offices, were searched by police earlier this year as part of a separate investigation of Eldorado regarding allegations the company paid bribes to obtain low-cost financing from a federal infrastructure fund. Batista Jr. was the company’s top executive for 20 years. JBS said: Jose Ba-tista Sobrinho, the patriarch of the clan, has been appointed to take over as chairman, a position currently held by another son, Jo-esley Batista. “Batista Jr. known in the industry as ‘Jr. Friboi’ after the company’s top brand of meat, is the oldest son of Batista Sobrinho, JBS’s founder. He left the company in 2013 after two decades to focus on politics, ex-changing his shares in J & F for an undis-closed amount of assets. He joined PMDB, Brizil’s largest political party whose mem-bers include President Michel Temer and Senate Chief Renan Calheiros.” Afterwards he left politics and returned to the meat business.
