This week LB Bork will help The Stam-pede explore some Patriot Misbeliefs. Anyone looking for information about Freedom or Sovereignty have prob-ably run into several different terms or phrases being used. You might say we are attempting to get across Ideas vs. Reality.

Due to lack of understanding that comes from misinformation and disin-formation, people tend to look for ways to free themselves using methods that the government and their courts will not see or understand.

A main rule that we must grasp is that word definitions in law are different than regular language. People are un-successfully mixing whimsical ideas into law. In many cases, people fail to understand the principle surround-ing “private law”. People in the patriot/freedom movement create “work-arounds”. A workaround is a way to get around a private law statute using sham methods. Such methods are ei-ther not grounded in law, or are a mis-application of a proper law. The courts look at these workarounds are non-sense or frivolous. A number of these workarounds attempt to get around the concept in private law entitled the “nat-ural person”. Such term distinguishes a man or woman from a corporation in the system of private law.

What might appear simple on the sur-

face actually becomes more complicat-ed due to the political status that was created under the Fourteenth Amend-ment system. This legislative trickery, if you will, established a legal connec-tion between a man and that statutory scheme. This is the primary agreement where one has agreed to be controlled by statutes made by “their” legisla-tures. That status that people maintain under this communist amendment extends the maze of private law. Due to the dualistic system of law created by the 14th Amendment, people tend to get even more confused about legal issues. This confusion provides a rich environment for “opportunists and op-eratives” to work their half truths and deceptions.

In Part 1-3, the change in status cre-ated by the communist 14th Amend-ment was investigated. Today, the controlled (jew) media has labeled all truth-seekers “Sovereign Citizens” in order to demonize them. Also previ-ously established is the fact that Alex-ander Hamilton, the main architect of the Constitution FOR the United States of America, set forth in Federalist Pa-per number 9 that all states are repub-lics in the United States federation: “As this government is composed of small republics, it enjoys the internal happi-ness of each.”

These several republics have their own nationality and citizenship; but they have been interfered with by the United States and it’s 14th Amendment and subsequent legislation. When we see the word “Democracy” we need to recognize it as the political takeover by communism drafted by Karl Marx.

I HAVE CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS

Since the 14th Amended created a dual system of law, what rights is someone

claiming? Rights under the old sys-tem; or the privileges under the 14th Amendment. Most people seek protec-tion under the new system, claiming statutory law applies to them. They will be given “due process” under the new system of private law established by the statute law of the De Facto United States and the current insurgent states that are actually franchises of the De Facto United States. Joseph Rorie points out that “due process” is only truly possible under the Common Law, but we’ll save that for another time.

I’M A CAPITAL ‘C’ CITIZEN

This is another fallacy but extremely popular. However, it will get you no-where- except perhaps to jail. People get this from the body of the original Constitution. This is just a writing style with no legal basis. What people are trying to accomplish with this argu-ment is that are not 14th Amendment citizens. The problem is they probably are due to the fact that they have done nothing to terminate that citizenship. Again, the governments of our states have been taken over by a bunch of in-surgents. Voting, we put them in office where they steal our political rights.

I’M A STATE CITIZEN

This also goes nowhere with a court. The court will consider you that you are a citizen under a legal rule called “legal fiction”. A legal fiction is a presump-tion made by a court due to lack of evi-dence to the contrary of which a court formulates its belief. There are no state citizens since the 14th Amendment usurped that status.

I’M A SOVEREIGN

This is a big area- but a link will follow to explore this in-depth. An anarchist

is someone that believes in no govern-ment. What rules does this sovereign man follow? Does he set his own moral code? Would we really want this sover-eign man living around us? Perhaps he likes to do things that you consider im-moral. We can all point to our natural God-given rights or we might say born free with unalienable rights. We could speculate that we are in full control of our lives and not beholden to anyone. In a perfect world, this would be great. However, people in American are born within the dominion of a multi-tiered governmental system.

We hold these truths to be self-evi-dent, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Cre-ator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.”- Declaration of Indepen-dence.

In international and constitutional law, the “state” is considered the sovereign. Once someone submits to any benefit of a government whatsoever, in most respects he has pruned his natural rights. Moreover, most do not under-stand that rules of law place a man un-der the dominion of a government at his birth.

To sum up this point, it is ventured that someone who parrots the phrase “I’m a sovereign” is thinking he is not under the so-called corporate United States government. Just saying such a thing will not put a force-field around them. As the maxim of law goes, the contract makes the law.

Before the week was over, it was re-vealed that the government had 15 in-formants in place at the occupation. Of the 15, only two have been revealed. Mark McConnell, who drove Ammon Bundy the night of the ambush and Terri Linnell, known as Mama Bear. Linnell has become a witness for the defense. She was paid $3000 by the FBI and sent to the Refuge to inform if there were any unlawful actions taking place. She re-ported she saw nothing unlawful.

Marcus Mumford, Ammon Bundy’s lead attorney is attempting to have the court identify the informants before the de-fense rests it case. Brown is reviewing 129 unredacted reports unlike the heav-ily redacted ones the Defense received. With the thousands of “confidential hu-man sources” the government handles, it will be interesting to see if the govern-ment is willing to flush 15 of them. Odds aren’t good, however, since it would very likely reveal some high profile pa-triot organization leaders and point to a degree of entrapment.

Rodney Cooper, cousin to Sheriff Dave Ward, told the court he’d visited Ward twice. Ward had told his cousin he agreed with 90% of the Bundy’s position and under different circumstances “they could have been good friends.” He was barred from asking with what 10% he had disagreement. Cooper reported that getting into to see Ward was difficult given the barricades that were placed around the courthouse. But he reported that Ward said he didn’t feel threatened by Ammon Bundy or anyone else. So why the barricades? Because the gov-ernment was already staging their nar-rative.

Rancher Duane Schrock testified that he felt intimidated by the FBI agent that visited his ranch. Schrock brought other ranchers to the Refuge for presentations about the Constitution. He said before meeting Ammon Bundy, he was living a quiet life with his “head stuck in the sand.”

The defense seem to average about dozen witnesses each day including Richard Mack, former sheriff and leader of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Po-lice Officers Association. Mack testified when he saw the video of Ward shak-ing Ammon Bundy’s hand on the road in Burns that it was a dereliction of duty. Mack insists Ward should have arrested Bundy then and there if he knew Bundy was doing something unlawful.

Shawna Cox, the only female defendant, took the stand and played the video she took of the ambush. The prosecutors badgered Cox for some time but being a woman of strong conviction, she held up admirably. Others that week charac-terized her role at the Refuge as admin-istrative, not a leadership role.

David Fry, the last of the Final Four to leave the Refuge was calm and col-lected while testifying compared to the audio and video footage after the mur-der of LaVoy Finicum. He testified “I re-ally thought I was going to die.” Fry, a computer whiz from Ohio, described the protest as a “Martin Luther King type sit-in.” Fry explained to prosecutor Ethan Knight that they’d have let the govern-ment employees back to work saying that’s why they moved away from the refuge buildings to camp outside during the last two weeks. “We weren’t trying to occupy anything anymore,” Fry said.

Observer Becky Wald reported that Ryan Bundy needed a few minutes to compose himself before questioning his wife Angie. Conrad Wilson from NPR tweeted “Ryan Bundy was emotional when asking his wife Angie questions when she took the stand. ‘How are you today?’ he said, softly with a quiver in his voice. ‘Missing you,’ Angie Bundy responded.” Her testimony corrobo-rated that Ryan and LaVoy Finicum who traveled together had only intended to stay in Oregon overnight and that she didn’t even pack a winter coat for him. Court observers cried with them when Ryan asked his wife “As a husband and father, have I been good to you?” Angie emotionally replied “You’ve been won-derful.”

That afternoon, while the jury was at lunch, Ryan Bundy shamed Brown in a tense exchange saying she was block-ing the truth from being heard when their very lives were on the line. Ryan accused Brown that “The scales of jus-tice are not balanced.” John Lamb who’s

been doing video reports, thought that exchange seemed to soften Brown’s at-titude for at least the rest of the day.

As the government’s conspiracy charg-es are unraveling, Brown gave the jury new instructions, lowering the bar to basically a thought crime. Seeing how they’re losing ground, the government has now decided to put on a rebuttal case when the defense rests. Comrade Brown, in such a hurry to let the jurors go home, is now going to let the gov-ernment try to wind the jurors back up since the defense has obviously won over at least some of them. It’s remark-able given the little truth the defense been able to present due to the Objec-tion/Sustained Tag Team of prosecution and judge. Brown has shredded the de-fense’s remaining witness list of 24, al-lowing only a handful more to be called next week. Then the corruption experts will use every dirty and often unlawful trick in their many volumes to attempt to convince the jury to convict these good, decent Americans.

Sacramento, CA — Not once, not twice, but the taxpayers of Sacramento have been held liable for hundreds of thousands of dollars, three times be-cause of the actions of a single vicious cop. For the third time in only six years, Sacramento taxpayers have once again been robbed to pay for Deputy Paul “Scotte” Pfeifer’s brutality.

The latest settlement was for $200,000, paid to John Reyes after Pfeifer taser-ed, pepper sprayed, and beat him with a flashlight for no reason outside of a Starbucks last September.

Federal court documents dismissing the case were filed Tuesday without any admission of wrongdoing by Pfeif-er or the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department, according to the Sacra-mento Bee.

“It is disappointing and almost unbe-lievable that the Sheriff’s Department continues to maintain that Pfeifer did nothing wrong,” said Reyes’ attorney, Stewart Katz. “The department is clear-ly incapable of honestly evaluating the conduct of its personnel.

“As for Mr. Reyes, the proceeds of the settlement allowed him to clear his family support obligations and buy some property and a home, as op-posed to being homeless on the streets of Carmichael. That part of it gives me an enormous sense of satisfaction.”In all three lawsuits, Pfeifer was ac-cused of beating suspects with his flashlight. Two of these beating were captured on video. Mickey Donohue, 49, was brutally beaten by Pfeifer af-ter a short car chase. That incident was caught on dashcam.

The latest suit, involving Reyes was captured on a bystander’s cellphone.

As Reyes attempted to cross the street, he noticed Pfeifer’s patrol unit block-ing the road, which made him have to carry his groceries into dangerous traf-fic. So, according to Reyes, he politely asked the officer to stop blocking the road.

The suit claims Reyes twice asked the officer – politely – to move his car, then when he was ignored, escalated his request by saying, “Move your f—— car,” and extended his middle finger in a sign of disrespect.

Pfeifer reacted by pepper spraying Reyes. He then tasered him, threw him to the ground and began stomping on his head and waylaying him with his flashlight.

Prior to these two suits, Pfeifer was successfully sued by a 25-year-old woman who claimed he beat her with his flashlight after pepper spraying and hogtying her. The woman, Solomia Treshchuk, had taken a picture during the assault, which she says Pfeifer de-leted after beating her.

How can a cop be caught on video twice, severely beating people, and be successfully sued for it, and remain a police officer?

This complete lack of accountability is what people are upset about. As long as police are able to dole out beatings without facing any repercussions, we can expect this animosity toward law enforcement to grow.

ing between a family he was protecting and the Bureau of Land Management mercenary. The defendant had his hands raised in the air the entire time. Ryan Payne, according to Gary Hunt, was threatened with a Terrorism En-hancement that would lead to a man-datory 30 year sentence. Payne along with some others are now making plea withdrawals after seeing the lack of evi-dence against them.

Parker has urged the Nye County Sher-iff Sharon Wehrle to see the discovery for herself. If she agrees the defendants have been wrongly charged, Parker is asking for them all to be place in pro-tective custody at the Nye County facil-ity while their attorneys file motions to dismiss all charges. In addition, Parker is urging people to contact government officials to make the discovery available to the media and the public so they can see that the government’s only case is in Harry Reid’s disturbed mind.

During The Stampede editor’s Thurs-day night Sacred Cow BBQ broadcast, Bundy co-defendant Eric Parker called in from the private prison in Pahrump, Nevada where the Bundy men are be-ing held. Parker is inaccurately known as “the sniper on the bridge”. In fact, other photos of him the day of the Bun-kerville Stand-Off, show him kneeling on one knee, simply watching what was happening in the wash. Already by the time of the photograph in question, Sheriff Doug Gillespie had told Cliven Bundy that the BLM was leaving. When the BLM started announcing they were authorized to use lethal force, Parker, fearing for his life, took a defensive posture, laid down and watched the situation through the scope of his rifle.

Parker reported how the defendants that have been indicted in both the Or-egon and Nevada cases were induced to make plea deals. They were told that the Nevada case was much more seri-ous and would result in them going to jail for the rest of their lives. If they took a plea in Oregon, the feds promised to make sure they got a much easier sen-tence in the Bunkerville case.

As reported last week, the defendants are now getting more of the discovery. What they are seeing is that none of the government’s charges are even re-motely true. One defendant was stand-

It should be overtly obvious by now that the Ruling Political Establish-ment, composed of both Republicans and Democrats, is not subject to the same rules and laws they make for the rest of us. We are held to a rigid stan-dard and they are held to no standard except “the end justifies the means.” They are allowed to do whatever they want in their pursuit of the New World Order. A reporter for Project Veritas Action pretended to be a campaign worker and told the Clinton field orga-nizer he had ripped up a batch of GOP voter registration forms and he asked the field organizer if he “was okay with that.” He replied “yeah.” When he

Some of this material came from the Wikileaks emails. Mr. Wolfgang wrote: “Long before Hillary Clinton called millions of Americans a ‘basket of de-plorables,’ her top campaign advisers and liberal allies open mocked Catho-lics, Southerners and a host of other groups, according to newly released emails that offer a stunning win-dow into the vitriol inside the Clinton world less than a month before elec-tion day…The sheer number of insults in the email trove has left the Clinton campaign, along with outside organiza-tions such as the Center for American Progress that were routinely involved in the brutal bad-mouthing, unable or unwilling to respond.” So instead of responding they are trying to blame Russia for the hacks. The old “bait and switch” tactic. So us rubes out here in flyover country really know what Hilde-beast thinks of us. Why anyone would want to support this woman, with her record, is beyond me. Her campaign engages in the same schlock stuff they blame the Trump campaign for doing,

“racist” rednecks to be used, if pos-sible, to further her goal of reaching the White House so our real un-elected rulers can hand her their agenda to force on us. In other words, she’s the middleman, er, excuse me, the “mid-dleperson” between the dictators and the serfs. And, of course, in that posi-tion, and before, she can pretty much do what she wants, as the laws that ap-ply to us do not apply to her. All these alleged sex allega-tions about Trump are nothing more than diversion so ordinary folks will not pay too much attention to some of the damning material coming out with the Wikileaks exposures where she is giving speeches in Brazil telling the bankers there she is ready to do away with US borders and just let everyone come in. The fact that she will be de-stroying this country’s culture is one that has occurred to her just like it has occurred to Comrade Obama–and she couldn’t care less.

WHITE SLAVERYHistory Denied, Covered Up & Marginalized

The first slaves imported into the American colonies were 100 White children in 1619, four months before the arrival of the first shipment of Black slaves. Many were brought from Ireland, where the law held that it was “no more a sin to kill an Irishman than a dog or any other brute.”

King James II, followed by Oliver Cromwell, sold over 500,000 Irish Catholics into slavery throughout the 1600’s onto plantations in the West Indies Islands of An-tigua, Monsterrat, Jamaica, Barbados, as well as Virginia and New England. Irish Slaves were less expensive than African and treated with more cruelty and death.

In the 17th Century, from 1600 until 1699, there were many more Irish sold as slaves than Africans. There are records of Irish slaves well into the 18th Century. Many never made it off the ships According to written record, in at least one in-cident 132 slaves, men, women and children, were dumped overboard to drown because ships’ supplies were running low. They were drowned because the insur-ance would pay for an “accident,” but not if slaves were starved.

Who is the fool who pretends to believe what our government tells us? How many lies do you need to hear?

We deliberately bombed our own allies in Syria. We blew up our own skyscrap-ers in New York City. We stage false flag shootings to prove we need to take everyone’s guns away. When we do, as we did in Chicago, the murder rate sky-rockets, because then, only the crimi-nals and the government have guns, and we are hard pressed to tell which is which.

Our government, in case you hadn’t noticed, doesn’t even pretend to be our benefactor and protector anymore. We are only a crop to be harvested by swin-dlers who have lost sight of the purpose of life and are of use to no one, not even themselves. They are interested only in getting rich.

What blind Americans refuse to see is that the rest of the world regards us as dangerous, untrustworthy wild animals, and a menace to all those who suffer from the insane U.S. war machine do-ing Israel’s dirty business while pre-tending we are defending “freedom” by blowing up all these countries and then putting those who conspired to betray their own countries on the U.S. payroll.

Who else but lunatics would elect as their leader somebody they know abso-lutely nothing about?

I first began to seriously contemplate what our government actually does to other people around the time President Obama murdered an American-born Muslim cleric and his son via drones in Yemen, a tiny country currently be-ing destroyed by the evil Saudis with America’s help.

These blatant political assassinations came right after Obama had signed an executive order in 2012 allowing politi-cal assassinations without a trial, there-by nullifying a key principle on which the USA was founded, namely, you’re innocent until proven guilty.

Trial by jury is the essential cornerstone of both the American republic and free-dom in the world, and Obama’s Execu-tive Order demolished the main plank of America’s Constitutional protections.

Now the opposite is true. When the gov-ernment arrests you and pronounces you guilty, you have to prove your own innocence in a corrupt court system disinclined to seek the objective truth. It is unfailingly intent on protecting the interests of those who profit from the status quo, no matter how destructive it is.

This is a police state of the highest order, and it exists today everywhere throughout the U.S.
