Pelican Beach Resort & Conference Center is the namesake property of the Resorts ofPelican Beach. Rising 19 stories above the white sand beach, Pelican Beach offers oneand two bedroom condominium units, each with a private balcony on which to enjoysome of the most spectacular views on the Emerald Coast! With a total of 340 units,Pelican Beach Resort features a package of amenities second to none.

All of our one and two bedroom units offer a spectacular beach and gulf view. Everyunit has two bathrooms and is designed to comfortably accommodate six guests. One-bedroom units utilize bunk beds built into their hallways, and all two-bedroom units in-clude a washer and dryer.

Pelican guests can enjoy a choice of indoor or outdoor pools, kiddy pool, fitness center,seasonal beach bar and poolside deli, tennis courts, covered garage parking, game center,seasonal children's programs, and more!

Also within the 15-acre tropical oasis of Pelican Beach is The Terrace at Pelican Beach.The Terrace is a fantastic accommodation choice for resort guests and offers one of thebest values along the Emerald Coast. Spacious two and three bedroom condominiumunits, decorated with designer touches, offer guests a quieter ambience for rest and relax-ation within Pelican Beach. Each condominium's private balcony offers up the balmy Gulf breezes and beautifulpanoramic views of the surrounding tropical landscape … scenic vistas of the Gulf ofMexico, vibrant sunsets over the picturesque Destin harbor and the dancing coloredfountains in the private lake that The Terrace overlooks. The Terrace offers a locationwithin the resort that eludes conventional description. The Terrace at Pelican Beach is atrue "gulfside" resort -- which means guests have no busy streets to cross to reach ourpristine white-sand beaches. Plus, Terrace guests may reach their spot by the emeraldgreen waters by strolling along the scenic boardwalk that leads to the beach, or they mayuse our convenient shuttle (in season) for a quicker transport.

Terrace guests have the best of both worlds within Pelican Beach. Whether team building, prospecting or tending to existing customers, Pelican Beachprovides a variety of "meeting space" conducive to building business relationships! Ofcourse we offer a variety of flexible meeting space in our conference center. But, unlike atypical conference center, Pelican Beach offers the planner a greater variety in places togather the group.

Pelican Beach Resort’s Conference Center is a two-story facility with services for groupsto 300 people plus pre-function area. A circular staircase and signature artwork welcomeattendees to the conference center foyer. All meeting space in the conference center is lo-cated on the second floor with a terrace and large window views overlooking the out-door pools and the Gulf. The Pelican Beach Conference Center can be divided into 4separate rooms. Collectively, the facility can handle food functions to 200 people ormeetings to 350 people. Attendees can access the conference center through a coveredentrance on the ground floor or via elevator from the guestrooms. In addition, there isan elevator exclusive to guests within the conference center.

Image a team-building event on the beach, a sunset social event on our gulf-side decknestled in the dunes, or breakout sessions under beach umbrellas. Our resort offers plan-ners so much more to make their event a "hit" with attendees!

The Terrace Room is located on the lobby level of The Terrace at Pelican Beach. TheTerrace Room can be divided into two separate rooms and serves groups to 40 people.The Terrace Room overlooks the pristine Terrace pool deck.
