On different sources the quantity of failures of road accident and the accidents connected with wakefulness, vigilance and weariness in various fields of activity of the person reaches 20-27 % All wakefulnesses known a quality monitoring, have the lacks. We develop the wakefulness monitoring system which was highly appreciated by reliability of the control by experts and reviewers, has confirmed high reliability in practice. Novelty of a method and system is confirmed by patents for the invention.

We managed for the first time to create system, on reliability of definition of a condition of the wakefulness, similar to the leader in the conventional practice of diagnostics with the help Elektroentsefalogramma (EEG) - record of electric activity of a brain). That part of a problem which did not allow to become popular diagnostic system on the basis of EEG is solved. Namely excessive dearness and a weak noise stability that did not allow to use earlier presented systems in large quantities.

Cost of offered system varies in wide borders without efficiency change, depending on a complete set and requirements of the end user the Given system is recommended for use in motor transport, aircraft, a railway transportation, in dispatching offices and guard duties as a highly effective and timely innovative product.

Technical result on which achievement the way of the control of level of wakefulness of the person and system for its realisation are directed offered, increase of reliability of the control is.

The technical result specified above regarding a way is reached because the way of the control of level of wakefulness of the person consists that register a tone of muscles of an abdominal tension of the person, for example, by means of the pressure gauge, by measurement of a pressure force of a wall of an abdominal tension on a belt located on a waist of the person, fix the moment of change of a muscular tone of an abdominal tension below set originally threshold value of the tone ascertaining the bottom level of wakefulness of the person, measure a time interval during which the tone of muscles of an abdominal tension matters below the specified threshold value, and at excess by the measured value of a time interval of the set threshold value of a time interval ascertain decrease in level of wakefulness of the person.

The monitoring system of level of wakefulness of the person (FIG. 1 see) includes the gauge of 1 registration of a pressure force of a wall of an abdominal tension of the person on an internal surface of a circular zone belt, the block 2 audio-tactile alarm systems, the transmitter 3 information signals, corresponding to the data which are registered by the gauge 1, the receiver 4 information signals, the block of 5 processings of an information signal, the block 6 audio-visual alarm systems, the block of 7 managements of giving of warning signals, the block 8 inputs of commands of management, the block of 9 managements in brake knot of the executive mechanism. The block 9 can be executed with possibility of formation and alarm system giving.

The monitoring system of level of wakefulness of the person also contains mobile priemo-transmitters 11, 12, the monitor 13 dispatchers for display of a current functional condition of the person (FIG. 1).

The block can be included in the given system 10 receptions GPS - the information, providing guidance on position of the person in space.

Experimental acknowledgement of efficiency of application of system of monitoring of wakefulness, vigilance and attention

For check of reliability and a system effectiveness of monitoring of wakefulness of vigilance and attention there were tasks in view:

1. To Make operating sample 2. To Reveal efficiency in a various field of activity of the

person. For performance of tasks in view we had been made a

device pre-production model ( photo .)

By own technique series of experiments have been spent. 1. Experiment with application of a computer car of a simulator. During experiment the operator – carried out exercises on a simulator -

similar to real long management of a vehicle in the conditions of a changing physiological condition – from wakefulness to a dream.

2. Experiment - the control the operator behind change of conditions in the conditions of long supervision, - was carried out through display to the operator on the screen of the monitor of casual graphic symbols of different size, colour scale, in different places of a visual field, against display a slide of a film with neutral the semantic. To the operator the problem was put to trace and register shown symbols, in the conditions of a changing physiological condition – from wakefulness to a dream. Further we carried out the analysis of reliability of the registered information the operator.

After carrying out of a series of experiments, having analysed and having compared results of the received data, we have unequivocally come to a conclusion about high reliability and a system effectiveness of the control of wakefulness and attention which with reliability P <0.05 defined at the operator a side between wakefulness and a dream, the overfatigue condition, connected with braking of nervous processes of an organism, and inadequate reaction to surrounding conditions. High correlation of change of any tone of muscles of an abdominal tension with changes in EEG (0,93) is noted, EMG (0,98) False operations of system during testing have been on the average registered 2,7 %, and the obvious tendency to reduction of false alarm systems at the further use, and adaptation of the operator to system of monitoring of wakefulness of vigilance and attention was observed.

At carrying out of experiments for the control of wakefulness and transitive conditions from wakefulness to a dream, along with measurement of any tone of muscles of an abdominal tension, latent reaction time, registration EEG was made. By means of EEG essential distinctions between a condition of wakefulness and a dream condition have been revealed. High correlation in a phase of transition from a wakefulness condition to a dream, between data EEG, and any tone of muscles of an abdominal tension has been revealed.

In a phase of a condition of the bottom level of wakefulness, and a phase of transition from a wakefulness condition to a dream on EEG it was marked - decrease in amplitude an alpha of a rhythm by frequency 8 - 13 fluctuations in second and occurrence of slow waves. At this stage, at the first occurrences, so-called sleepy spindles, well visible against activity, the examinee lost the control over any muscular tone. During this moment pressure of an abdominal tension upon the gauge of the monitoring system of wakefulness increased, and at pressure force excess in 250, (force of pressing at operation of the electromechanical button), there was a start of the monitoring system of wakefulness.

The wakefulness condition in an index point of transition from a wakefulness condition to a dream, is the bottom level of wakefulness, is objectively characterised by the beginning of decrease in any muscular tone, and occurrence on EEG «sleepy spindles».
