All party packages include staff to help run the party, bottles of water for

children and table covers.

Party leaders will guide the party; assist in serving any food and drinks

and lead all activities.

Host parents will be needed in the room to assist in supervising the group

and the activities.

All children should be picked up promptly. The host parents must wait in

the lobby with any guest not picked up.

The room will be available 15 minutes before your scheduled party time.

If you wish, you may put up decorations; it is your responsibility to

remove them at the end of the party.

THE PARTY

Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis online and in

person at the GPCC. NO reservations will be taken over the phone. It is

recommended that all parties are booked at least 30 days in advance.

If reserving in person, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required

with the application and the balance of the party and any changes

are due 7 days in advance.

If reserving online, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required with

the application and the balance of the party and any changes are

due 7 days in advance.

When choosing a party level, count all children (ages 2 and up) attending

including siblings and the birthday child.

If the number of participants exceeds your party limit, you will be

required to upgrade to the next level. For safety reasons, if you exceed

30 participants penalties will occur.

No refund will be given if your party attendance is below the minimum

for your party.

We reserve the right to cancel your party if the balance is not paid 7 days

ahead of your party date.

Parties booked within 7 days must be paid in full and reserved in person.

If you need to make any changes to your party, please submit your

request in writing.

Preschool Parties (2-4 years)

Enjoy about an hour and a half of time in our state-of-the-art

Leisure Pool. Children must be at least 48 inches tall to use the

slide. For your child's safety, there are no exceptions. Our fish

slide is perfect for children under 48 inches. Parties are 2.5

hours and include staff, bottles of water for children and table

covers. Customize your party by choosing from our a la carte

items and combos listed on the party planning worksheet.

All children 12 years and younger must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

All weak or non-swimmers must wear a US Coast Guard approved life vest and must

be accompanied by a responsible adult or guardian at all times. The GPCC provides

life vests.

Due to shallow water, diving is not permitted in the leisure pool or the shallow end of

the lap pool.

All children not potty trained are required to wear a swim diaper under their bathing

suit. Swim diapers are available at the front desk.

Immediately notify a lifeguard or other GPCC staff member of any injury or unsafe

conditions.

Ratio Requirements:

Ages 1-2 1 Adult: 2 Children (Adults must be in the water closely supervising )

Ages 3-5 1 Adult: 4 Children (Adults must be in the water closely supervising)

Ages 6 & up 1 Adult: 8 Children (Adults may supervise from the pool deck or in the water)

These adults must keep their eyes on the children at all times, assist taking the

children to the bathroom and other areas as needed. ALL non-swimmers MUST

wear a US Coast Guard approved life vest. The GPCC provides vests.
