The urgency of the Khmer people is to get rid immediately of Vietnamese

colonialism to recover the Independence of their homeland. Why wait that the

political

opposition

wins

first

of

elections

in

this

Kingdom

already

deeply

Vietnamized militarily, administratively and ethnically? This suicide strategyputting the cart before the horse, the Viet Nam has its control mechanically andstructurallytocolonizeourcountry.Withthenewmajorityruleof50%+1ofseatsin the National Assembly (passed by Sam Rainsy!), whatever the results in theelections,CambodiawillbealwaysVietnamized.HasSihanouknotreneweditseternal

support for PPC Hun Sen until his death? In the 32nd anniversary of January 7,

1979,hissonRanariddhtooktheopportunitytomakealowallegiancetoHunSen.Thesingletrackwhichremainstothepeople istofreetheirhomelandwiththeirownhandsfirst!

In the absence of neutral, independent national instances guaranteeingjustice,securityandfreedomofexpression,allelectionsdontreflectanymorethewill of the people. The Tunisia and Egypt, two yet independent States, have well

shown

us

the

futility

of

these

votes

in

regimes

controlled

by

the

State

party:

victoriesofpresidentialorlegislativeelectionsmadeinadvance,thereoftenvergeonfiguresof90%.Since1998,itisthesamephenomenonwhichoccursinCambodia.The opposition while respectful of the Constitution and royalist is naive or evencomplicit: it simply has just a minority of seats, leaving time to Viet Nam toconsolidatetheirpoliticallyandethnically.

Withoutrebellionforliberation,Cambodiawillremainalwaysintheclawsof

HunSenandtheVietNamsupportedbythis2ndmonarchy.HunSenisalreadyprepared

bygivingthegreenlighttoRanarith,acheappawnwithoutanyaddedvalueneitherfor the moral, neither democracy nor for national independence. As a traitor anddictator, Hun Sen takes with impunity the wealth of Cambodia, to enrich himselfpersonally,andtostrengthenpolitically,thusservingtheannexationistambitionoftheVietNam.Thesetraitorsandcorrupt,includingseveralhundredwiththerankofMinisters and the tens of thousands as advisors, can't do anything other than to

transformtheirpositionsinbusinessforcorruptionandenrichingthemselvesattheexpenseofthenation!

III.Strategyofliberationanddemocracy.InthisdictatorialState,tofreeCambodiafromVietNam,istobreakthis2

monarchyandJanuary7,1979treacherousKhmerRougeteam.TheurgentgoaloftheLDKMistheimmediatecancellationofallunfairtreatiesimposedbytheVietNamfromher

occupationof7January1979.Shootthisregimeornolongerrecognizeit,istheonlysolutiontolegitimatelystopthesurveyingandthedelimitationofborderstomakethemillegalinternationally.
