T O O W O O M B A :T H E F U T U R E Toowoomba has been ranked as one of Australia’s most family friendly cities with a house price to income ratio lower than most of South East Queensland.

Under the Queensland Government’s recently released South East Queensland Regional Plan (released 2017), Toowoomba has been slated as an area for major expansion, and has been noted down as a Regional Economic Cluster. This means over the next 20+ years, the Queensland Government is looking to Toowoomba for continued economic growth and infrastructure investment. This cluster is located directly over the Glenvale Development Site, making it potentially in a good location to take advantage of future economic growth.
