“A gift opens the way
for the giver and
ushers him into the
presence of the great.”
Proverbs 18:16
Think about the best gift you’ve ever received. Mine was a motorless, plastic, Kmart brand john boat. I loved that boat! But no matter what your favorite gift was, it doesn’t compare to the gift God has given each of us. By sacrificing that most significant gift, Jesus Christ, God has revealed his standard for generosity.
Fellowship Church continues to respond to God’s example as we strive to COMMUNICATE his gift to the world. That’s what Town and Country is about.
The results up to this point are something we can all CELEBRATE!
We kicked off Town and Country in May 2006 with the goal of opening a campus in Downtown Dallas and a camp and retreat center in East Texas. Over 5,700 families promised to give in order to make that happen. But God’s vision has taken us farther than our original goals; he has expanded our hope of reaching Dallas and has provided an opportunity to influence Downtown Fort Worth.
Through Town and Country we have the chance to CONNECT even more people to one another, to our church and ultimately to Jesus Christ.
We’re just six months away from welcoming thousands of children and students to our camp. And plans are well underway to open the doors of FC Fort Worth by the first of the year.
Now is the time for you to CONTRIBUTE to what God is doing in and through Fellowship Church.
Through your involvement in Town and Country and your sacrificial gift in December, together we can discover something that reaches far beyond our gifts—changed lives.

B(s):christmas gift The reality of reaching people with God’s love is that it takes money. In December we will have the opportunity to fast forward our
God-sized dreams as we strive for a church-wide cash gift of $5 million. Do your part and plan to bring your gifts and commitment cards in December. Ask God to prepare your heart now. And give sacrificially.
Gifts can include cash, checks, automatic checking withdrawals, stocks, bonds and other asset transfers. All gifts received on or before December 31, 2007 will count toward your 2007 tax return. We will provide you with a record of your giving for tax purposes.
beyond our town to another country
Over 12 years ago, Fellowship Church helped launch Fellowship of Maceio in Brazil. And what started as a vision to build a worship center has become a thriving church ready to effectively shape ministry in the country of Brazil.
Through Blessings for Brazil the church hopes to eliminate hunger and homelessness in two
cardboard cities. And by providing food and clothing, sharing the life-changing message of Christ, and equipping the people with education and training to overcome the devastating effects of poverty, FC Maceio is doing all it can to heal this area. Fellowship Church has pledged that 5% of all donations to Town and Country in the month of December will be given to Blessings for Brazil.
Our involvement in this effort could literally change the socioeconomic landscape of this region of Brazil.

There’s no doubt that God is working through the life of Fellowship Church. But the work is not done yet. As plans are made to open the doors to significant life-change, it is critical that we all participate. Through your faithful gifts, we will continue to make Town and Country more than a dream—it will become reality!
finish strong If you made a commitment to Town and Country, then stay the course and finish strong. Remember the importance of your commitment at the beginning of Town and Country and complete the gift you set out to give.
extend your commitment If you are on course to reach your Town and Country goal by May 2008, then consider adding to and extending your donations through May 2009. Reflect on all you have been given and make the choice to give beyond your initial commitment. Simply fill out the attached commitment card and place it in the offering bag during the month of December.
invest in the future If you have not yet committed to Town and Country, then step up and invest in the best — the local church. Respond to God’s ultimate gift and invest in the future generations of Fellowship by giving to Town and Country for the first time. Fill out the commitment card and drop it in the offering bag during the month of December.

+ fort worth building
new town, new campusFellowship Alliance is set to become Fellowship Fort Worth. The
move is on from “Nascar County” to the heart of Cowtown by the beginning of 2008! Since opening in the spring of 2005, FC Alliance has experienced consistent growth. But we always knew the high school was a temporary location for us. The size and amenities
of the facility made our stay comfortable and afforded us the time necessary to find the ideal location for our permanent home.
With the planned relocation, FC Fort Worth’s retro-fitted 55,000 square foot building sits at the center of the downtown revival, with residential, retail and restaurant developments already underway, and just moments away from TCU and surrounding communities.
Every student, family, married and single adult in this area will have the opportunity to experience Fellowship and the life-changing message of Christ firsthand.
We are praying and planning for exponential growth at our new Fort Worth home. We are eager and enthusiastic to see all he has in store as Fellowship unites with Fort Worth. We know it will be remarkable!
downtown updateSince moving from Uptown to our permanent home on Ross Avenue, FC Dallas
has experienced explosive growth in all directions! One of the most exciting new ministries, the student ministry, is growing weekly, fueled by the ceaseless energy of teens and volunteers, creative programs and a passion to reach this generation for Christ.
The evidence of spiritual growth at the Dallas campus is overwhelming. Already, over 800 people have stepped across the line of faith. And hundreds more are getting involved through baptism, Bible study classes, small groups and volunteering.
And we expect the growth to continue. Construction in Downtown Dallas is happening at a fever pitch and we are in the perfect location to reach the heart of this growing city.
