The Great CommissionIn between Jesus resurrection and ascension, He leaves His disciples with

this command and promise:

All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore

and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father

and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I

have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the

age (Matthew 28.18-20).

In the recent weeks, Bethel has been blessed to celebrate the work that God

is doing through the faithful fulfilling of the command and the promise. In

our midst, we have witnessed baptisms, confirmations, and missions trips,

all celebrating Gods grace in enabling His people to participate in His work

on earth.

In the coming weeks, months, and years, let us continue to praise God for

fulfilling His promises to us while asking in prayer that He would continue

to enable us to fulfill our calling to love God and love others.

All are welcome at this annual WMF (Womens

Ministry) gathering. Sue Ammnerman will be speaking.

Guatemala Missions TripJune 2-9, 2012

Bethel is sending a team of short-term missionaries to

serve at Dories Promise orphanage from June 2-9,

2012. Please pray for Ruthann Forland, Erika Forland,

Gordon Stedjan, Loni Stedjan, Dan Wick, and Gladys

Paulsen as they serve the Lord together.

Beach Service/Sunday School PicnicJune 17, 2012 @ 11:00 AM

To celebrate the end of the Sunday School year and all

of the work that God did through this ministry, Bethel

will be gathering at Crab Meadow Beach for a worship

service and a picnic to follow. Bring a chair and lunch.

Grills are provided.

Quarterly Business MeetingJune 20, 2012 @ 7:30 PM

The membership of Bethel will gather to hear what

God has been doing through our ministries and what

plans are being made for the coming year of ministry.
