In this system,there are sevenchakra points that lie along the spine, from the base to the crown of the head, andeach of these chakra points is responsible for the organs and glands situation in itsregion. The chakras, though, are responsible for not just the organs and glands, butthey are also responsible for our various personality traits and characteristics. Ofthese seven chakras, one of the most important and fascinating is the Agya Chakra, or Third Eye.
ABOUT LIFESTYLE YOGA
Aqua yogaThis is a gentle and very low impact aquatic activity. Aqua Yoga takesthe principles and movements of Yoga and adapts them to the waterenvironment. With the release of gravity, the body is able to find theoptimum stretch. By using the rhythm of the breath an inner sense of
relaxation can be achieved.
Yoga is really based on the seven chakra system. In this system,there are seven chakra pointsthat lie along the spine, from the base to the crown of the head, and each of these chakra pointsis responsible for the organs and glands situation in its region. The chakras, though, areresponsible for not just the organs and glands, but they are also responsible for our variouspersonality traits and characteristics. Of these seven chakras, one of the most important andfascinating is the Agya Chakra, or Third Eye.Situated in the middle of brain directly behind the center of the forehead, is the Third Eyechakra. This chakra governs the pituitary gland, which is the master gland for the endocrinesystem and strongly influences the functioning of the other endocrine glands. The endocrinesystem is very key to your overall health, thus, for optimum wellbeing, having the pituitary glandfunctioning properly is of paramount importance. Opening, balancing and healing the AgyaChakra, directly improves the functioning of this most important gland.

ABOUT SUMIT MANAV This retreat will be led by Sumit Manav - Our master Yogi and the founder of
Lifestyle Yoga.
Sumit studied in Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya in the Himalayas, one of the besttraditional Yoga schools where he completed his postgraduate studies in Yoga andHuman Consciousness there. He was also trained by BKS Iyengar in Pune where he
learned and practiced Iyengar Yoga and Osho Dynamic Meditation.
Today, Sumit spreads his wisdom of Yoga by practicing and facilitating
progressive Yoga through dynamic asanas, pranayamas, counseling,
reflex actions, and therapy. He has trained and facilitated many
corporate workshops and has conducted induction programs for
beginners as well as professional group classes. Hundreds of people,
particularly those suffering from diabetes and hypertension, have
benefited from his Pranic Healing Therapy.
