Constituent Services• Over 869 cases (excluding graffiti)

were closed by my office; cases included:

– Bulky item pickup

– Street maintenance

– Parking enforcement (Department of Transportation)

– Building & Safety

• Graffiti– During 2014-2015 fiscal year,

removed more than 435,026 square ft of graffiti from close to 13,431 locations in Eagle Rock.

– Northeast Graffiti Busters removes graffiti 7 days a week

Clean Communities InitiativeTree Trimming

• Trimmed over 800 trees in NELA in 2015

• Planted 272 trees in 2014

Trash Bins

• First ALBs in city

Sidewalk Repair

• Repaired over 20,000 square ft of sidewalk in CD14

• City Council developing new citywide sidewalk repair program

Street Resurfacing & Slurry Seal

• In Fiscal Year 14-15, we resurfaced 58 lane miles and slurry sealed 74.6 lane miles of streets in CD14.
