The treatment starts with an incredible scrub which uses the exfoliating power of

rice grains to remove dead skin cells for revitalized, radiant skin. Ground coffee

beans provide anti-oxidant benefits and tighten the skin. This is followed by a

papaya body butter mask – fresh honey, natural yogurt and ground coffee powder

is mixed together and smeared on the body. This mask moistures the skin and is

rich in essential fatty acids that help to repair skin’s moisture barrier.

Spa Hours: The spa will be operational from 11am to 10pm Monday to Sunday.

Spa Appointments: Advance reservation is recommended to secure your preferred

date and time.

Cancellation Policy: The treatments you select are reserved especially for you.

A 50%charge will be collected for treatments not cancelled 4 hours in advance

Check in: Please check in at least 15 minutes before scheduled appointment. Your

treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.

Valuables: We recommend that no jewellery to be worn at the spa. The guests are

advised not to carry any valuable to the spa. If your are carrying any valuables

kindly contact the front desk.

Corp privileges identification: Please produce your corporate ID upon arrival for

easy identification for any corporate privileges.

Gift Vouchers: Our guest services personal well assist you in selecting creative

packages, products and gifts .

Refund policy: All treatment packages are non refundable and non exchangeable.

Maintenance of serenity: In consideration of the comfort of all the guests, please

refrain from using mobile phones and other communication devices within the

spa premises. Smoking and alcohol consumption is prohibited in the spa. Pets are

not allowed inside the spa premises. Children below 12 yrs will not be entertained

inside the spa.

Special Consideration: Guests who are pregnant or have high blood pressure,

heart condition or any medical complications are advised to consult their

physicians prior to reservation. Please inform our spa manager before booking

your treatments if you have any these conditions.

Drink plenty of water before and after the treatment

Prices and GST: All prices are subject to change at management discretion.

Parking: Ample parking is available

Any indecent behavior with the masseuse will induce us to take strict actions

against the guest.

Spa attire: We recommend that you dress very comfortably for your therapy. If

needed we will provide a change of clothes and slippers for you for use in the spa.

Right of admission reserved:

AVAHAN reserves the right to decline to sell or discontinue any therapy. The

management also reserves the right of admission into the spa of any client who

commit any offences in the spa premises and acts in any manner that is

offensive/abusive to the staff or other guests. Women who are pregnant are

refrained from any types of the therapies for the first three months. After three

months we only foot reflexology with light back massage after the medical

consultation.
