Iron-Steel and MetallurgyWe support existing plants with maintenance and re-vamping activities and sup-ply specific equipment such as heating furnaces and heat treatment furnace (Walking beam – push type – tube treat-ment, continuous casting and rolling lines, etc.).

Brick industry and CeramicsWe supply complete bricks systems production oralternatively only the tunnel furnace, sized accordingto production request.

Lime and CementIn these establishments we propose: materials line transport, refractory linings of rotary kiln and preheater cy-clones, vertical lime furnaces, structural works of metal carpentry, transport pipes raw material and cement dust collectors.

GlassWe operate on two different types of technology:• float glass, for windows and automotive markets;• hollow glass, for every types of bottles.

Materials RecycleThe recovery and recycling of used mate-rials is an absolute necessity for our world. Glass, tires, metals, paper, etc. must be recycled into new materials and new pro-duction. Tecnider Progetti supplies com-plete lines for recovery of these materials.

Waste environmentThe complete management of the waste materials is a worldwide prob-lem. We have knowledge of all the processes and technologies for urban and industrial waste treatment.

Aluminum – Copper – LeadWe have know-how on secondary pro-duction processings, also on specific fou-naces – Kivcet lead-zinc furnace, Waelz rotary kiln process, Asarco furnace and oscillating converter.

EnergyRecovery energy from the industrial fur-naces fumes with innovative ORC tech-nology (Organic Rankine Cicle).This allows to recover electricity direct-ly from the heat dispersed through hot fumes, otherwise lost in the chimney.

Remark on specific know-howWithin our job, we are specialist of refractories linings for each type of industrial furnace.

Also we have a specific know-how on refractory production technologies, process and plant.

We can offer engineering and construction for a complete refractory factory for bricks and castables production.

We are also interested in development projects for renew-able energy such as wind, hydro, solar, biomass power plants from wood chips by furnace, steam boiler and tur-bine.
