The vSphere with Operations Management promotion is e ective

from March 14, 2013, through December 15, 2013, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific

Time (PT).

Terms and Conditions

Customers receive a 15 percent discount off the standard license list price of any vSphere with Operations Management

Acceleration Kit or a 15 percent discount o the standard upgrade license list price to a vSphere with Operations Management

edition or Acceleration Kit.

The promotion is valid from March 14, 2013, through December 15, 2013, at 11:59 p.m. PT.

To receive the 15 percent discount for an upgrade to a vSphere with Operations Management edition or Acceleration Kit, the

customer must have purchased the vSphere license by January 31, 2013.

Promotion SKUs are not eligible for VMware Volume Purchasing Program (VPP) or VMware Transactional Purchasing Program

(TPP) discounts, but are eligible for VPP or TPP points.

Prices of eligible SKUs may vary by regions and resellers. A VMware Support and Subscription ( SnS) contract is required. Discounts

are not o ered for VMware SnS.

This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
