Motor Oil Visbreaking Unit Revamping project consisted of revamping process and utilities, including interconnecting in the vicinity of existing unit U-100. New equipment included Visbreaking furnace, Soaker Reactor, Fractionator Trays, Pumps, Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels and ancillary Equipment.

Motor Oil New Gas Turbine Generator GT-5 consists of a new 17.5 MWatt gas turbine driven power generator and associated Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) package B-7003, and ancillary equipment, piping and facilities, in the vicinity of existing unit U-7000.

Motor Oil Lubes Revamping project consists of revamping of Lube Oil Units 300 (NMP) / 400 (MEK) / 500 (HFU) process and utilities, including relevant interconnecting. New equipment included a tower, heat exchangers, pumps, compressors, pressure vessels and ancillary facilities.

No. 7 Diesel Oil HDS Plant
Client: TPIT Owner: PK ORLEN, Poland Engineering Services Production: 45,000 BPSD Approx. Contract Value: 1,6 million € July 2007 – September 2010
HDS VII was designed using the latest process engineering technology. In combination with TPLH detail engineering knowledge and experience the performance of the unit reached 97% during the Performance Test.
Construction of the plant took 2,5 years to complete due to severe winter conditions. The major challenge was the transportation of the 450tons reactor throughout the Wisla river, and later its lift and installation in field.
Main Equipment: 1 Reactor, 1 Furnace, 2 Reciprocating Compressors, 1 Centrifugal, 4 Reciprocating Pumps, 1 Separator.
Piping materials weight: 1100 tons.
