Easy, intuitive finger touch control

Presenters and learners worldwide enjoy TeamBoard’s direct touch response. The VRT sensor can be easily customized to your touch as the TeamBoard calibration process adapts to a presenter’s finger pressure. You may also adjust the sensitivity manually for full control of your experience. Users can now ignore, navigate, hover, activate menus, activate tool tips, rollover, and command.

Use software and the cloud as they were meant to be used

Because VRT technology works at a hardware and driver level, you don’t need special software – MultiForce lets you use all your existing software and websites the way you want – with full hover. No more ‘Midas touch’ problem where every incidental touch is a click!

TeamBoard VRT Sensor > TeamBoard’s Variable Resistive Touch technology enables MultiForce functionality: the ability to sense the degree of pressure the user is applying, allowing very intuitive Human-Computer Interaction at the OS level, so it works with all your favorite software and websites.

> MultiForce functionality provides an array of benefits within software that recognizes pressure, including TeamBoard Draw: variable line width, variable eraser, variable spotlight, and more.

“Activation” functionality > MultiForce provides you the ability to hover over objects in your software and websites, permitting scroll-over activation of menus, info boxes, tool tips, and other properties.

“Navigation” functionality > User now knows precise point of contact prior to a commitment to a command (left-click equivalent). Therefore more accuracy is enjoyed, the experience is more intuitive, as opposed to traditional interactive whiteboards where location of the command is only known simultaneously with the command (by the time you are sure of where you are ‘clicking’, you are already committed to that click. Can result in unexpected commands and responses, particularly on something the size of a whiteboard). Optical systems may actually interpret your command before you actually touch the board, resulting in unexpected commands.

Multi-User > TeamBoard 3 VRT provides Multi-User support with dual zones. Using TeamBoard Draw, two users can work at the board simultaneously and fully independently, one on the left and one on the right. Can also be used in complete-board, single-zone configuration. Each user enjoys their own pen controls.

Optic-based, light-based, and infrared based interactive whiteboards and projectors may actually sense a command before you touch the board, and you end up ‘clicking’ prematurely. With MultiForce, you can press lightly, not committing to the command, and simply hover to move your pointer until you are happy with your location, and then without lifting your finger, just increase finger pressure to ‘click’.

TeamBoard 3 is Dual User

TeamBoard 3 can recognize two zones, a left panel and right panel, so two can use TeamBoard Draw™ at once! Each side is fully independent. It also works in the traditional one-zone manner.

Driverless Capable > TeamBoard 3 VRT can operate driverless in a Windows Vista or later environment, with basic interactive whiteboard functionality (one single touch zone, no MultiForce), providing quick setup with guest computers, or in environments where PC installations are restricted.

Canvas-style Interactive software included
