Storia Collections

Scholastic editors have created grade-specific collections organized by subject, theme, reading level, and special interest. In addition, teachers can create their own collections to share with individual students, groups, or the whole class.

THREE TYPES OF COLLECTIONS

There are three types of collections created for your grade:

Independent Reading: Titles recommended for students to browse and read on their own. When you create a new class, a set of grade-appropriate independent reading collections are automatically shared with the class, so that your students can start reading as you explore Storia’s library.

My Collections: Collections that you create yourself, with eBooks chosen for a particular reading group or lesson plan.

Instruction: Titles that are recommended to use for classroom instruction and student assignments. Many of the eBooks in these collections include Teaching Tip Cards to help you plan your lessons.
