E-NEWSPAPERSAn E-Newspaper is newspaper articles by different newspaper companies that have apps and your able to use is in any digital devices.E-Newspapers are technically newspapers that help educate people during there journey’s. News about the earth and what is happening in the world, it can sometimes have brain puzzle’s that help exercise the brain during people’s journey’s. An Advantage of using a E-newspaper than a normal paper newspaper is that you can read different types newspaper companies and have it on one device. You also don’t have to flick pages , you can just tap the screen and the page will turn itself. The disadvantages of using an E-newspaper is that the battery of the device that you are using can die but with a normal paper newspaper is doesn’t have a battery so you can keep reading.

E-MAGAZINESAn E-Magazines are different magazine article’s by different magazine companies on one app and can be used on any device. E-Magazines are the same as E-Newspapers but instead of it to educate people about important things, it is more about celebrities , fashion, make-up and gossip. The advantages of using E-Magazine is the same as an E-Newspaper such as you can read different type of magazines on one device and turning the pages by tapping on one screen . The disadvantages are also the same

E-BOOKSE-Books is the same as E-Newspapers and Magazines , The are different book companies that can be used on one app on many devices. The purpose of an E-Book is to entertain while your outside and or a journey. Books have different types of stores and genres and the good thing about this is that you can find more than one book of your favourite genre.

ADVERTSAdverts can be used for different things such as to educate, promote or raise awareness for a campaign. There are different types of adverts for certain things. The advantage of an advert is that it gives people notice about things such as products coming out and information about certain things. Adverts can either be on TV, Billboards and many other things.

DVD OR CD COVERSDVD’s and CD’s are use to watch movies, TV shows or Documentaries. DVD Covers are mainly used to give the audience an idea of what the DVD is about particularly in movies and TV shows. Also to show the person or thing that is mainly going to be in the DVD. CD covers are to make sure that the DVD box that you have opened has the right CD inside. On a CD cover they have information such as the name of actors and the roles they play and part of the DVD covers picture or something similar.

FLYERSFlyers are used for selling products,to advertise or to educate as well, also to make a lot of information look smaller instead of having loads of information in one flyer. They also use a lot of pictures and sometimes offer gifts such as vouchers when you get a leaflet.

LEAFLETSLeaflets are almost the same as flyers but leaflets are also like adverts but both in one. Leaflets mostly advertise things or to give out information about things that are happening.

TRAINING MATERIALS / INSTRUCTION MANUALSThe main reason why instruction manuals are good is because it helps people out when they need help to build or use something and instruction manuals break that down for you step by step.

TEXT AND COPY FOR MOVING IMAGE AND AUDIO PRODUCTSThese type of products are used for when writing scripts or any type or text used in device such as TV or many other devices. Scripts tell you information about each character and what they are going to do or say, subtitles are also a type of text for a moving image, subtitles are useful for people who are deaf so they can see what is going on either a TV or device .

INTERACTIVE MEDIAInteractive media informs information from any type of device but information such as the date, time or what is happening in the news. It is also there to educate people, also to provide and support but what people normally use it for is to entertain.

PROMOTIONAL MATERIALLeaflets and flyers are similar to interactive media but instead they used material to inform, educate, persuade and sometimes to entertain. People use different material such as pens rubbers and leaflets in a bag to grab people’s attention.

SUMMARYPeople (consumers) use digital products for many different things in many different ways. They use it for work, education, or just for free time. They may used it in different places such as on public transport, at home, school and basically everywhere. The difference between e-newspapers/magazines and normal paper newspapers/magazines is that with e-devices you can use is anywhere at any time but the disadvantage is that the battery may not last long, with paper material the there is no battery so you can read anytime for as long as you want. There are many reasons why people read newspapers, magazine about the news it is used to educate people when reading even if it is a e-device or a traditional product.
