Executive Vice President and Chief Legal & Risk Officer
Target Corporation
Don H. Liu is Executive Vice President and Chief Legal & Risk Officer
for Target Corporation. In this role, reporting directly to Brian
Cornell, Chairman and CEO, he is responsible for all of Target's
legal, government affairs and risk and compliance functions.
Prior to joining Target, Mr. Liu was Executive Vice President, General
Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Xerox Corporation. Previously,
Mr. Liu was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Chief
Compliance Officer for Toll Brothers, Inc. and Senior Vice President,
General Counsel and Secretary of IKON Office Solutions, where he
was also IKON’s Corporate Compliance Officer and Chair of IKON
Diversity Council.
Before joining IKON, Mr. Liu was Vice President and Deputy Chief Legal Officer of Aetna U.S. Healthcare
(and its predecessor entity, U.S. Healthcare). Prior to becoming in-house counsel, he worked as an
associate at two New York City law firms from 1987 to 1992, specializing in securities and mergers and
acquisitions – first at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and then at Richards & O’Neil (now Bingham
McCutchen). He served as a Law Clerk to Justice Stewart G. Pollock at the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
His professional affiliations include serving on the Board of Managers of Haverford College and the
Board of Directors for CaringBridge, a nonprofit dedicated to helping people during a health journey. He
is also a former member and the former Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Minority Corporate
Counsel Association (a non-profit organization promoting diversity in the practice of law); former Vice
Chair of the Asian American Diversity Advisory Council and a former member of the Executive
Committee of the Joint Diversity Council, Comcast Corporation; a former member of the Board of
Directors of the Visiting Nurse & Hospice of Fairfield County; a former member of the New York Stock
Exchange Commission on Corporate Governance; a former member of the Board of Directors of
Association of Corporate Counsel; a founder and a member of the Advisory Board of MoreBank (an
ethnic community bank); a member of the American Law Institute; a former member of the Board of
Trustees of Mercy Health System (a Catholic hospital chain); a former member of the Board of Directors
of the Asian American Legal Defense and Education Fund; and former Chair of the In-House Counsel
Committee of National Asian Pacific American Bar Association.
He is the recipient of America’s Top General Counsel Honor from NYSE Euronext’s Corporate Board
Member, National Law Journal - America's 50 Outstanding General Counsel recognition, the Legend in
Law Award from the Burton Foundation and The Library of Congress, the Pinnacle Award from the Asian
American Business Development Center, Inside Counsel magazine’s Transformative Leadership Award,
Connecticut Law Tribune’s Legal Department of the Year – In-House Counsel Management Award,
MCCA/America Lawyer Media Diversity Award, the Edwin Archer Randolph Diversity Award from the
Lawyers Collaborative for Diversity, the Spirit of Asian America Award from the Asian American

Born in Seoul, Korea, Mr. Liu and his family immigrated to the U.S. in 1972. He received his B.A. degree
in Philosophy and Religion from Haverford College with Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa honors.
He earned his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.

Executive Vice President and General Counsel
Tyson Foods
Amy Tu is responsible for Tyson’s legal, government
affairs, corporate communications, ethics and
compliance, and internal audit functions enterprise-
wide. She has oversight of all legal matters including
litigation and investigations, corporate securities and
governance, mergers and acquisitions, international,
labor and employment, environmental and health and
safety.
Amy also leads Tyson Ventures, a venture capital fund
investing in companies developing breakthrough
technologies, business models and products to sustainably feed the growing world
population. She is a member of Tyson Foods’ enterprise leadership team and reports
to President and CEO Noel White.
Amy joined Tyson from The Boeing Company where she held progressive leadership
positions in law and corporate development and strategy departments. She served as
chief counsel for Boeing global law affairs, commercial airplanes and aviation services
divisions, supporting multiple business and functional leaders worldwide. Amy was
also instrumental in helping to shape the global law affairs practice as Boeing’s first
regional counsel based in London, U.K., with responsibilities for commercial, military
and defense matters in Europe, Russia, and Israel. Prior to joining Boeing in 2001,
Amy led global transactions and international legal matters as an international
corporate counsel at the Gap and Walmart.
During her career, Amy has developed deep expertise establishing and supporting
global operations, executing complex cross-border, international and domestic
transactions, and developing and integrating teams and new ventures into existing
businesses. Her skill set, coupled with Tyson’s experienced venture capital team,
allows Tyson to unlock bold, cutting-edge opportunities through partnerships and
investments, keeping the company at the forefront of new food innovations and
furthering Tyson’s strategic growth initiatives.
Amy earned a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law
and a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Wellesley College. She is a director
on the University of Arkansas National Alumni Board and was selected as a Johnson
Fellow for the University.

Chief Legal and Policy Officer
FOX Corporation
Viet D. Dinh is Chief Legal and Policy Officer for Fox
Corporation, where he leads all legal, compliance, and
regulatory matters, and also oversees government and
public affairs. In addition, Mr. Dinh serves as a member
of the Office of the Chairman.
Mr. Dinh joined FOX in 2018 and helped establish the
company ahead of its 2019 spin-off and operation as a
standalone public company.
Before joining FOX, Mr. Dinh was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis. He founded Bancroft
PLLC, a leading Supreme Court and high-stakes litigation firm until it was acquired by
Kirkland. He was a Georgetown University law professor for 20 years and U.S. Assistant
Attorney General for Legal Policy from 2001 to 2003. He previously served on the
Boards of Directors for 21st Century Fox, Revlon, LPL Financial, Scientific Games, and
MacAndrews & Forbes Worldwide.
Mr. Dinh is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Law School, and clerked for
Judge Laurence Silberman and Justice Sandra Day O’Connor.

Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary
Western Union
Caroline Tsai is Chief Legal Officer and Corporate
Secretary for Western Union and a member of its
executive leadership team. The Western Union
Company is a Fortune 500 (NYSE: WU) financial
services company, based in Denver, Colorado. Tsai is
responsible for the overall strategic leadership and
oversight of Western Union’s global legal affairs,
enterprise risk, public policy and regulatory affairs,
ethics, privacy, and corporate secretarial functions. Tsai
also oversees compliance.
Prior to joining Western Union, Tsai was Deputy General Counsel and Chief
Regulatory Officer at BMO Financial Group. While at BMO Financial Group, Tsai
advised on advocacy and policy initiatives, as well as all bank regulatory and
supervisory issues for BMO’s global operations, including Personal and Commercial
Banking, Wealth Management and Capital Markets. She also served as Chief Legal
Officer, U.S. Personal and Commercial Banking at BMO Harris Bank.
Earlier in her career, Tsai served as Senior Vice President & Associate General Counsel
at Bank of America Corporation where she was responsible for a broad range of
issues, including litigation, bank regulatory matters, the CFO Group and Global
Banking and Markets. She began her legal career at the global law firm, Jones Day
specializing in complexed structured transactions for investment banking clients.
Tsai is a strong champion for diversity and inclusion and formerly served as Co-Chair
of the Women's Leadership Network of the National Asian Pacific American Bar
Association.
Born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Tsai is the daughter of Chinese immigrants. She earned a
Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan and a juris doctor degree,
magna cum laude, from The American University, Washington College of Law and
served as Executive Editor of The American University Law Review.

Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary
Thomson Reuters
Tom joined Thomson Reuters in 1999 as compliance and
legal counsel. Since then, he has held a number of legal
executive roles including as chief counsel for Reuters
News, a business unit general counsel and as the
company’s Chief Compliance Officer.
Before assuming his current role as Chief Legal Officer
and Company Secretary, Tom led the overall separation
of the $6 billion financial and risk data business (now
known as Refinitiv) from Thomson Reuters. Previously,
Tom was the Managing Director of Thomson Reuters’
businesses in China, with P&L responsibility for a circa $130 million business. Prior to
joining Thomson Reuters, Tom was in private practice in San Francisco with the law
firms Baker & McKenzie and Hancock, Rothert & Bunshoft (now Duane Morris).
Throughout his career, Tom has led diversity initiatives, having helped launch a reverse
mentoring program and a global diversity advisory council at Thomson Reuters and the
ASCEND Executive Network in New York to aid Asian Pacific Americans rise to the C-
suite. Previously, Tom was named one of the “Best Lawyers under 40” by the National
Asian Pacific American Bar Association. As a leader, Tom believes that purpose drives
people and people drive profit.
Tom obtained undergraduate and law degrees from Stanford University.

Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary
Madewell
Michael Wu is Chief Legal Officer and Corporate
Secretary of Madewell, a leading denim and casual
apparel company.
Before joining Madewell in 2019, Michael was the
Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
of Carter’s, Inc. (NYSE: CRI), the largest young
children’s apparel company in North America. Michael
joined Carter’s in 2014 and was responsible for legal
and government affairs, compliance, internal audit,
risk management and corporate social responsibility at
Carter’s.
Prior to Carter’s, Michael was general counsel and corporate secretary of Rosetta
Stone Inc. (NYSE: RST), an education technology software company. He joined Rosetta
Stone in 2006 and established Rosetta Stone’s anti-piracy and anti-fraud enforcement
programs. Michael oversaw the company's successful initial public offering on the New
York Stock Exchange in 2009 and the acquisitions of Lexia Learning, Livemocha, Tell
Me More and Vivity Labs.
Before joining Rosetta Stone, Michael was vice president and general counsel at
Montreal-based Teleglobe International Holdings Ltd. (Nasdaq: TLGB), an
international telecommunications provider. Michael led Teleglobe’s acquisition of voice
over IP provider, ITXC Corp., the listing of Teleglobe on NASDAQ in 2004 and the sale
of Teleglobe to the Tata Group in 2006.
Prior to Teleglobe, Michael was a senior attorney in the Hong Kong and Reston,
Virginia offices of Global One, an international joint venture between Sprint, Deutsche
Telekom and France Telecom. He was also associated with Baker Botts LLP in Houston,
Texas and a firm in Washington, D.C. that merged into Morgan Lewis.
Michael serves on the advisory boards of the Georgetown Law Corporate Counsel
Institute and the Asian American Bar Association of New York. Michael is also a
member of the Georgia Asian Pacific American Bar Association board of directors.
