Serenity Beach Master Plan. The 240 hectare beach front site is located 25 km north of Quy Nhon City and 23 km east of the Phu Cat Airport. Located in a sheltered bay surrounded by mountains, the site includes flat, water-fed rice paddies and small farm houses. The quiet sandy beach and beautiful views of the South China Sea are spectacular. Serenity Beach will include a small marina, a supporting commercial center, a spa & wellness center, villas and townhouse, and will be anchored by three low-rise hotel sites.

In its own sheltered bay, Serenity Beach preserves the natural systems and uses them to create a development framework. Hospitality and tourism-related uses are carefully integrated with fi elds and waterways and the exist-ing community to ensure the essence of this place is captured and strengthened.
Area 240 hectares. Three resort hotels, marina village, villas and townhouses.
