1 . Here you have to enter the name of groups , ledgers, cost centrs, voucher creations etc

Ex: Goods sold to Hariharan & Co , Here hariharan is the ledger name , this ledger group is a sundry debtor (sundry debtor is the group)

Cost centre is name of cost category ; Ex: the constructors use materials, wages , labour for various sites . So these site will treated as cost centres

Voucher Types ; This is use full to set the invoice , vouchers according to your requirements.

Ex : sales invoice serial number appear as automatic numbers, manual numbers etc

2. This is related the salary issue, like basic salary, leave available, Hr allowance, conceyance etc , it not a compulsory to maintain, at present leave this topic

3. Here you have to enter the item / product name, item group, unit of measures,Godown name etc

Ex : Sold 2 pieces of N 90 model mobile : here N90 model is the item / product name, Mobile is the group Name, pieces is the unit name (unit of measures)

Godown name : this is use for maintain stock at different place of godowns

4. All financial transaction is be enter this menu only, like sales , purchase, cash deposit and cash with drawn (contra) , payments cash and checks, deposit cheque (recd cheque from clients) receipts , sales returns and purchase returns etc

6. Here you have to enter the stock damages, shortages and manufacturing stock etc. Its purely stock related entries

10. use this menu to view all the reports like ledger statement, day book, trail balance, cash book , bank, stock detail , more and more

11. this menu is use to take print ledgers at a time, also vouchers can take print continues from 0001 to 0100 tc
