Vacuum Calibration Tables4

NOTE: Information subject to change without notice; contact a CDS representative for the most recent information concerning specifications and custom configurations.

CDS’s Vacuum Calibration Tables provide a flexible platform for sizing rigid polymerprofiles, such as window frames, fencing panels, and decking boards. The unit'sstainless steel mounting rails accommodates calibration tooling and an auxiliarytank, both of which can be supplied with controllable vacuum (dry sizing) and/orcooling water (wet sizing). Lateral, longitudinal, and vertical movement allows foroptimal positioning of the table with the extrusion line.

Standard configurations - Embossing Stands

CDS’s Brushing/scouring machines create a realistic grain in woodcomposite materials. A full enclosure and a vacuum blower ensurethat dust and chip buildup is minimized, and the brushes are all easilyaccessible for quick replacement.

Create stunning wood grain impressions with CDS’s EmbossingStands, which embed a customer-specified pattern into extrudedmaterial. The speed can be set with a manual dial or a digital keypadfor greater versatility. An oil-heating unit can be addedfor profiles that require heated rolls.

The takeaway conveyor table moves light profiles offthe end of the downstream line, and deposits theminto catch bins using either compressed air bursts ora mechanical arm. The ejection process is triggeredby a mechanical switch or photo-optic sensor. Tablewidth, conveyor speed, and bin type can becustomized according to the profile, plus anoptional overhead light allows added visibility.
