Initially starting life as KpH Environmental Services Ltd, a specialist fuel tank cleaning and removal firm, the company quickly expanded into other areas of the business that suited the expertise and skills of its workforce: Petrol Forecourt Decommissioning and Dismantling, specialist Heavy Plant Removal, Environmental Decontamination and Chemical Spillage Clean Up, specialist Roof Top and Basement Plant Removal, M & E Removal and finally onto Strip Out and Enabling,Structural Alterations, Concrete Demolition and general Deconstruction.

Our Services Soft Strip and Enabling Sympathetic Soft Strip
We dismantle/strip-out and dispose of all interiors/facilties (e.g. partitions, suspended ceilings, raised access floor, lifts, utilities, fixtures and fittings) back to a building’s core to enable follow-on Construction/Interior Fit-Out Projects to begin.
We provide innovative solutions to mitigate noise (using “Silent” demolition techniques), manage access restrictions and maintain live services to existing tenants.
Structural Alteration and Concrete Demolition
We deconstruct and/or completely demolish fixed minor structures (e.g. walls. Foundations, out-houses, forecourts) to enable clients to reconfigure or re-use their building. This includes concrete demolition and other hard core materials.

Our Services Tank Cleaning and Removal
We clean, degas/purge, decommission and remove all manner of Fuel and Chemical Storage Tanks, whatever their shape or size, above or underground. This includes the demolition and clearance of forecourts.
Machinery and Heavy Plant Dismantling and Removal
This service includes a variety of M&E Plant, Commercial Boilers, Generators, Calorifiers, Water Tanks, Heating, Ventilation, Chillers and Transformers.
Remediation Services
The remediation/clear up of hazardous waste and contaminated fuels, water and soils/land; PCB disposal, land/site clearance works (including Japanese knotweed removal) and Asbestos surveying, reporting and disposal.
Tank Surveys/Compliance Works
Our technicians undertake OFTEC registered Fuel Tank inspections and compliance surveys that include full compliance reporting, remedial works and/or recommendations.

Gatwick Airport, Surrey Strip Out and Enabling Client: Blackstone Group Value: £1,300,000
Working as Principal Contractor KpH Deconstruction undertook this strip out and enabling package across 11 floors together with the removal of roof top plant. First phase works were undertaken within a live, occupied building directly opposite the prestigious London landmark The Old Bailey.
The project participated in the Considerate Constructors Scheme and following an onsite audit achieved “Performance Beyond Compliance” in recognition of our innovation towards Health and Safety and the welfare of our workforce and surrounding tenants.

Tank Cleaning Client: Shell Gatwick (GASHCo)
KpH Environmental have provided tank cleaning services to Shell at Gatwick Airport for over 12 years. We have developed a strong working relationship withthe GASHCo team and have been able to demonstrate high standards of health and safety, training and quality of work throughout that time.
Our fully trained and experienced teams attend Gatwick on an annual basis to clean the bulk fuel storage tanks and underground tanks. We work with airline fed breathing apparatus and all gas monitoring is serviced and calibrated to industry standards.
