We offer you a practical and rigorous workshop about systemic work in the environment of consulting and coaching. The workshop is conducted by an internationally renowned expert: Anton de Kroon from the Bert Hellinger Institute in the Netherlands.

Anton de Kroon is among the group of professionals who use the systemic approach to understand the behavior of and within organizations. He does so without the need to perform organizational constellations. Though he is open to using constellations as a tool he does not limit the systemic perspective to this methodology.

He is the author of two very suggestive books in the field of consulting and coaching:

This workshop provides professional coaches and consultants as well as managers a unique opportunity to acquire knowledge about tools of systemic analysis and intervention, all presented and guided by a first rate international trainer and consultant. • The properties of a living system.

• Systemic consciousness: what is it and how to put it to work

• Fundamental requirements for a living system

• How do we transfer (without knowing it?) the love for our originalsystem

to our businesses and/or clients?

• Who is serving whom?

• Symptoms and dynamics: what are those, how to recognize them and

what to do with them

• Six systemic forces: connection with the base, history of the system,

membership, order, balance, guiding principle

• Problems in organizations, when are they systemic problems, when is a

systemic intervention necessary, when do they have different features and

require another type of methodology

• How to focus on the individual learning, how to focus on the system of

the client, questions with a leverage effect

• How to find your place as consultant, serving the higher system. Help:
