Imagine Switzerland; visualize its mountains, its lakes, its chocolate, its cows and its watches. Are you there yet ? These typical clichés are a showcase of our beau-tiful country and contribute greatly to our internatio-nal reputation. They are also partially responsible for our success. Nevertheless, in my mind, gustative Switzerland has yet to evolve and reach its true greatness. The country must learn to associate tradi-tions with current trends, explore gastronomical innova-tion, and meet the demands of different markets.

This is precisely the goal of SwissTasting®. In order to attain that goal, countless hours were spent approa-

ching different flavours, allowing us to create our own signature style by redefining authentic clichés without weakening them. With SwissTasting®, my goal is to offer you a piece of Switzerland to take with you. I sought to create a contemporary concept that allows us to share the best of Swiss flavours with the world. Born from my entrepreneurial keenness, SwissTasting® was created. Your senses will cherish it !

What is it that motivates a politician/specialized doctor in public health and a young person from the canton of Valais to start a gastronomical journey through Swiss flavours ? Arnaud Schaller has truly impressed me with his new, innovative and original idea. The consciousness of the predominant role that nourishment has in our so-cieties, and the desire to share the authentic flavours of our soil with Switzerland and the outside world is auda-cious and smart. Even more so, it’s the taste for inno-vation, the desire of daring to accomplish, the whim of overcoming obstacles, the ardour for seeking out new ideas, and the overall urge of undertaking.

SwissTasting® is an innovative way to understand Switzerland. It’s the brainchild born from the union of experience and art. It’s the uninhibited expression in itself of an aesthetic Switzerland delicately combining legend and modernity. It’s an act of love for an open and engaging Switzerland.

Our variety of chocolates developed by our Flavour com-mittee will allow you to escape, in the blink of a tasting, the pressures of the daily routine. In the tasting of our chocolate, you will experience a true journey across a distinctive Swiss landscape composed of authentic and modern flavours.

Our wines, specifically selected by our experts, beauti-fully blended with light finesse to be enjoyed along with our other labelled and/or manufactured SwissTasting® products.

Given the vastness of products available in Switzerland, we systematically seek quality. From the vineyard to the bottle, the passion for local produces dominates. Our selection is composed of white and red wines ranging from very fruity to dry and intense. We touch the more common reds, without also forgoing the matured spe-cialities. The heritage of SwissTasting® is deliberately varied to satisfy all palates.
