WHAT ARE REGIONAL SCREENING CENTRES?Regional Screening Centres are set up around

WHY ARE REGIONAL SCREENING CENTRES IMPORTANT?
Regional Screening Centres are important as they support COVID-19 testing. Testing helps keep our
homes and communities safe, especially as were-open and resume our activities.
WHY SHOULD I GET SWABBED?We all have a part to play in reducing the spread of COVID-19. Swabbing is essential to facilitate
early diagnosis and treatment. It is also animportant step to protect your family, friends
and the community.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING FOR MY SWAB TEST?
WHAT ARE THE SAFETY MEASURESAT THESE CENTRES?
Regional Screening Centres have safety measures in place to protect you during
the whole process.
1) Confirmation SMS/Appointment Slip
2) NRIC/Work Permit/Driver’s Licence(photo identification)
Wipe down of swab stations after every test

Physical distancing of at least 1m maintained
Daily cleaning of the
screening centre
Safe Entry and temperature check
before entry
THINGS TO NOTE
Arrive punctually at the Regional Screening Centre using private transport or taxi/private hire car. Do not use public transport.- Key in the Regional Screening Centre’s postal code for accuracy.
- Wear a mask and sit alone in the back seat.
- Wind down the windows and switch off air-conditioning.
- Keep your receipt for contact tracing purposes.
- Missed appointments will be subjected to the availability of swab kits at the centre.

Go straight home after your swab test.Your doctor will inform you of the results within 1-4 days.

The whole process should not take more than 10-15 mins.
