The conserved residues are shaded in yellow and completely identical residues are shaded in red. Secondary elements of SidP are draw under the alignment. The catalytic CX 5 R motif is marked by red triangles. Five conserved cationic residues that contribute the positive charges at the catalytic site are marked by blue dots. The hydrophobic loop is highlighted by a brown box.
