2. Application Features
- Provides integration of all SugarCRM modules – Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Notes, Meetings,
Calls, Calendar, Opportunities, Cases and Task
- User can view record details and also add, delete and edit records of any SugarCRM
module.
- Users can store the data offline as well as online.
- Integrated Google Maps to view address as well as to pick one from it.
- Interactive calendar module to display scheduled calls and meetings.
- Users will be able to manage their account and can also edit their profile.
- Users will receive notification alerts for modification, adding and deleting of leads, calls and
other activities.
- User can customize the fields to be displayed for each module from the setting page.
- We have created App User can access modules as well as can add, edit and update records
according to the module permissions granted to the user at backend.

3. SugarCRM GUI
3.1 Dashboard
User needs to login to access the dashboard.
Dashboard will allow admin to view his/her recent activities like recent leads, recent
contacts, recent meetings, recent calls etc.
User will be able to view details of meetings set up by him/her.
User can view master Tracker for different menu items.

3.2 Contacts
User can view, add, edit or can delete Contact
records from this app.
Can edit or view data of fields selected for Contact
module in settings page.
Assign a Contact to a person.
Call, message or send an email to a contact.
User can filter list of contacts assigned to him from
all contacts.
Can also search a Contact in list by name or
number.
3.3 Accounts
All the account details of customers will be managed
in Accounts module.
User can view, add, edit or can delete Account
records right from this app.
Can edit or view data of fields selected for Account
module in settings page.
Assign an account to a person.
View an address on map or pick one from a location
of your choice.
User can filter list of Accounts that are assigned to
him from all Accounts.
User can also search an Account in list by name.

3.4 Leads
User can view, add, edit or can delete Leads from
app.
Can edit or view data of fields selected for Leads
module in settings page.
Assign a Lead to a person.
Call, message or send an email to a lead.
View an address on map or pick one from a location
of your choice.
User can filter list of Leads assigned to user from all
Leads.
Can also search a Lead in list by name.
View status for every lead in list.
3.5 Notes
View, add, edit or delete Notes from app.
Can edit or view data of fields selected for Notes
module in settings page.
Assign a Note to an account, select a contact for Note
and attach a file with Note.
User can filter list of Notes assigned to user from that
of all Notes.
Can download a Note right to your device.
Can also search Notes in list by name.

3.6 Calls
Filters incoming calls from Sugar contacts and
displays basic details of the contact for identification
of the caller.
Calls from Sugar contact can be recorded and are
saved in the Sugar CRM as Sugar Notes for further
reference.
Call can be recorded for maximum of 30 seconds in
free version and a Subscribed user will be able to
record call for whole duration.
View, add, edit or delete Calls from app.
Can edit or view data of fields selected for Calls
module in settings page.
Assign a Call to an account and can also schedule
start and end date for a Call along with other fields.
Can filter list of Calls assigned to user from that of all
Calls.
Can also search Calls in list by name.
3.7 Meetings
View, add, edit or delete Meetings from app.
Can edit or view data of fields selected for
Meetings module in settings page.
Assign a Meeting to an account and can also
schedule start and end date for meeting along with
other fields.
Can filter list of Meetings assigned to user from
that of all Meetings.
Can also search Meetings in list by name.

3.8 Opportunities
View, create, edit or delete Opportunities from
app.
Can edit or view data of fields selected for
Opportunities module in settings page.
Can filter list of Opportunities assigned to user from
that of all Opportunities.
Can also search Opportunities in list by name.
3.9 Cases
View, create, edit or delete Cases from app.
Can edit or view data of fields selected for Cases
module in settings page.
Can filter list of Cases assigned to user from that of
all Cases.
Can also search Cases in list by name.
3.10 Settings
User can manage his/her account settings using
“Settings”.
User can set pagination limit, edit username and
URL provided.
User can manage settings to enable/disable call
recording, call filter or store data offline.

4. Pro-Version Subscription Includes
4.1 Calendar
View all scheduled Meetings and Calls for all the
dates with details on calendar.
Schedule a meeting or call for a particular date
from calendar.
Users will be able to view complete details of their
appointments and to-do.
Subscribed user will be able to access interactive
Calendarmodule for viewing or scheduling Meeting
and Calls right from it.
User can record call of full durations.

User will be allowed to add, edit or delete records for all modules.
Enable Offline Data support:
o Offline data storage feature will store data browsed in app by user (while
online) in local database and the user will be than able to view that data when
there’s no internet connection on device.
