Complete you star rating on the 5 point scale. The label for each star level will appear when you hover over or select it (e.g. Meets

Expectations, above)

You can use the writing assistant to speed up the process and help you determine what to write.

Select the heading, (e.g. generally good communicator). The full text will appear in the grey

You can review your ratings in summary form before sending to your manager

You have the option to return to your appraisal to re-read your ratings and comments at a later time or date if you do

not want to send them to your manager immediately.

This email arrives with your Manager once you have completed and sent your self evaluation

This is what your manager can see when they log-in to complete your appraisal.

It is possible to decline this if you have agreed that changes need to be made however this adds

What happens if I reject?

• This takes the manager back to the full review – the manager can make any changes you discussed and prompt the performance review to come back to you again.

When you log in after your Manager has updated your review you will see this screen again – you will have the opportunity to read updated review before signing.
