The pass is valid during the lift ope- ration times from 08.00 am to 06.30 pm. With season and point passes, you can ride without charge from your place of residence to the ski lifts and back, however only for the purpose of performing alpine ski sport activities, and in ski attire. All skiers who are not in possession of a ski pass and are clearly travelling to a ski area to go skiing are tolerated as first-time riders and can likewise ride the bus without charge during the ski bus times, as long as they are dressed in ski attire. Travel to your accomodations (e.g. train station - hotel) is subject to regular fares. Fee-based public transit ski busses The group passes from all ski areas and fare associations do not include free bus usage. If a bus pass is desired for a group pass, this can be purchased for 6.00 when purchasing the lift pass, and is valid for the entire validity time of the ski pass. When boarding the bus, please show the ski pass to the bus driver without being asked to do so. Groups of over 20 people are requested to register at the post bus traffic office (Postbus-Verkehrsstelle) in Tamsweg, T +43 (0)6474 2213 or apply to the public transit line operators, in order to coordinate and ensure smooth transportation of the group to the desired ski area.
