Step 1: Go to https://vle.learning.moe.edu.sg/login

Step 2: Key in your Username

Format:5 (first 5 characters of your name) +5 (last 5 characters of your NRIC)

Example:Alan Tan + T1234567DALANT4567D

Step 3: Key in your Password

For first time login, key in the default password given.

You will be prompt to reset your password during your first loginto the portal.

Step 4: Click on “LOGIN”

Password Reset/ Unlocking of Accounts

During School Operating Hours• Mondays - Fridays: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm• During school operating hours, students may contact the School-based Helpline for SLS

queries including all SLS access matters such as password reset and unlocking of accounts.

• School-based Helpline: Go to https://go.gov.sg/dmnss-sls-helpline• For queries regarding lessons/ assignments, students may contact

the General Office at 6786 2668.• For other matters, students may email the SLS Helpdesk at helpdesk@sls.ufinity.com• When emailing the SLS Helpdesk, students should include their full name, name of

school and form class.

During Non-School Operating Hours• Mondays - Fridays: 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm• Saturdays: 9:00 am - 9:00 pm• Students can only contact the SLS Helpdesk outside the school operating hours.• SLS Helpdesk: 6702 6513
