Individually brainstorm a list of behaviors

that colleagues or supervisors need to

STOP in order to demonstrate

HONESTY/INTEGRITY.

Step 1: Reflect

(5 minutes)

Individually determine top 2 behaviors

that currently need to stop to promote

HONESTY/INTEGRITY. Write down each

one on an index card.

Step 2: Write

(5 minutes)

●● Exchange cards for each table

Step 3: Share & Swap

(10 minutes)

Place all index cards face up on the middle of

table. In your group, discuss and determine

the top 3 behaviors that need to STOP to

promote HONESTY/INTEGRITY.

Step 4: Discuss and Sort

Step 5: Passion Pitch (10 minutes)

Select 1-2 spokespeople to passion

pitch your table’s top 3 behaviors.

***Each group will have 2 minutes

Step 6: Dot Vote (5 minutes)

Place a dot next to the

top two behaviors that

we need to stop.

Step 7: Passion Pitch Prep (10 minutes)

Select a spokesperson from your room who

will share the list of behaviors we need to

continue and stop to demonstrate.
