Key BenefitsWe manufacture flexible silos up to a standard size of almost 80m3.
The breathable polyester fabrics of the silos display extreme tear resistance, as a result of which a silo can be filled with up to 50 tons, depending on the fabric type. The strength calculations make provision for multiple safety factors. This makes the silo ideal for industrial use.
Low transport costs, a space-saving design, flexibility in location selection and installation without the need for approval make these silos an economical storage facility for your bulk materials.

OverviewWe plan, manufacture and assemble silo systems that are tailored exactly to the customer‘s needs.
We supply standardised pressure conveying for filling the silos. The filling pipes can be routed together at a central point. The pressure conveying communicates with the high-level indicators of the silos, thereby preventing overfilling.
Flexible silos are compact and easy to deploy being easy to move and reorganise as plant requirements expand or change, with a wide range of capacities according to different material stock requirements.

all suction boxes are designed and manufactured for the respective application. up to 6 suction points with diameters of between 38 and 76.1 mm are available as standard.
preSSure coNveyiNg
The pressure conveying unit is used for the manual emptying of plastic pellets from 25kg bags and for filling silos by means of pneumatic pressure conveying. There is also an optional frame to hang big bags above the hopper also.
The complete system is all built on a single frame. The frame can be moved easily by forklift truck, or placed on wheels to move manually. The system comes complete with material hopper, rotary valve, blower, controller and a 5 m filling hose with quick release coupling.
