Responsibilities may include, catering, venue hire, creation of promotional material, creation of programs, maintenance of spreadsheets, liaison with internal and external stakeholders, organisation of a wide range of activities and any other duties required to successfully run events. Assist in the preparation of communication material such as intranet documents and newsletters. Undertake a range of administrative functions as required including the maintenance and management of various records and registers (manual and computerised) within a Region/Department/Command. Position Overview
Assist in the planning and facilitation of Crime Command events. Responsibilities may include, catering, venue hire, creation of promotional material, creation of programs, maintenance of spreadsheets, liaison with internal and external stakeholders, organisation of a wide range of activities and any other duties required to successfully run events.
Assist in the preparation of communication material such as intranet documents and newsletters.
Undertake a range of administrative functions as required including the maintenance and management of various records and registers (manual and computerised) within a Region/Department/Command.
Prepare a wide range of correspondence and ensure appropriate follow-up action is taken when required and attend to telephone enquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.
