Assessment Amount is $490 for primary residence, and$440 for primary residence non-pool units for 2016
The Board of Directors has voted to raise the annual assessment for 2016. The full assessment is $490 when received in the clubhouse or postmarked on or before MARCH 1, 2016. There is a $40 administrative fee for rental properties due along with the annual assessments. If you choose to pay on the payment plan, the first payment of $245 is due on or before MARCH 1, 2016, with the second payment of $245 is due on
April 1, 2016. Please see the timetable below.

The Steeple Run Board of Directors has created a new community event
planning committee and we are seeking resident volunteers!
From planning to clean-up and everything between, our community activities are quite an undertaking!
Without the help of a volunteer committee we will not be able to
continue these events.

Important 2016 Pool Information
Swim Lesson Information: Session 1: June 6-June 17 Session 2: July 4-July 15
Classes are from 11 - 11:30 and 11:30 – 12pm
Swim Lesson Fees for 2016 pool season: Toddler Level: $45.00 resident/$60.00 non resident Levels 1 and up: $35.00 resident/$45.00 non resident Private Lessons: $75.00 resident/$85.00 non resident
Make up lessons: Make up lessons, if needed, will be held during the week following end of the session. Make up lessons will only be allowed in the event that Steeple Run cancels the lesson due to weather or technical problems. There will be no doubling up allowed: swimming 11am to 12pm on one day to make up a missed class will not be allowed.
Steeple Run Community Pool Rental Options
Option 1- Regular Pool Hours Party Just buy guest passes for your non-resident friends. If you plan to have more than 20 people, let us know so that we can plan for the appropriate number of lifeguards. Guest passes are $3 per person or a 10-use card for $20. The 10-use card is valid for the current season only. No refunds are given on unused portions.
Option 2-Private Pool Party and Clubhouse Rental You may rent one or two rooms and the pool. The cost for renting the Tile room and the pool is $125. The cost for renting the Tile, Carpet and pool is $150. The private pool party is from 8-10 pm, after normal pool hours end.reThere is no per-guest fee when guests swim from 8-10 pm. There is a Lifeguard fee, at $15 per hour per guard, which comes to $60 for the minimum of 2 guards. Additional guards will be required for more than 50 guests in the pool and/or on the pool deck.
Option 3 – Private Pool Party Rental You may rent the pool for an after-hours pool party from 8-10 pm. The cost is $50 for the pool and locker rooms. There is no per-guest fee when guests swim from 8-10 pm. There is a Lifeguard fee, at $15 per hour per guard, which comes to $60 for the minimum of 2 guards. Article 7.09 of the Steeple Run Declaration of Covenants: 7.09 Alteration of Dwelling Units: No Dwelling Unit Owner shall relocate, heighten, lower or
otherwise move, change or construct any fence, wall or patio adjoining or adjacent to the "Common Area" unless consented thereto by the Board of Directors at a Special Meeting called for
that purpose. A resolution passed by said Board and signed by the presiding officer shall be procured prior to the commencement of any construction, alteration or change.
BRAGGING RIGHTS
Gabriela Gallego, Steeple Run Lifeguard, and soon to be graduate of Naperville North High
School's Class of 2016 has been accepted to Vanderbilt University. Gaby is the daughter of
Joe and Annette Gallego, Steeple Run residents.
Gaby will be a student at Vanderbilt's College of Engineering in the fall of 2016 to pursue studies in biomedical engineering. She was awarded the
Horatio Alger's scholarship for academic achievement and leadership for students who are
prospective students to Vanderbilt. Gabby was also named one of two Hispanic Scholars at
Naperville North High School, a national award, based on academic achievement.
She was honored at a Naperville Community Unit School District 203 Board Meeting.

BRUSH PICK UP
Lisle Township Highway Department will pick up bundles branches six (6) times in 2016, beginning on
the first Mondays of May through October. This program is intended to help homeowners dispose of
limbs and branches that do NOT qualify as yard waste.
Branch pick-up’s: First Monday in May (2nd), June (6th), July (4th), August (1st),
September (5th), and October (3rd).
Please have your bundles at curbside by 6:30 a.m. on those respective mornings. The crew may take 3-5 days to complete the branch collections. They will
visit each area and street only once.
Please abide by the following rules: ALL branches must be cut in lengths of four (4) feet or less. NO branches should be larger than four (4) inches in diameter. ALL branches must be securely
bundled with twine, string or other comparable material. Do not use wire or plastic, please. EACH
bundle should not exceed twenty-five (25) pounds in weight. If they do not pick up your brush, a red tag
notice will be left citing the reason.
