• Development of electronic commerce and transition to a cashless
economy: By 2022, an increase in the share of (1) e-commerce in total
retail sales from 1.1% to 2.6%; (2) cashless payments from 10% to 35%.
• Intelligent transport system: increase in the transit traffic by 10% and
the volume of freight traffic by 14%.
• Digitalization of agro-Industrial complex: growth in food exports in
2022 by 65% (by 2017)
• Digitalization of electric power complex: reduction of shutdowns to
