(2) exhibit performance track record and regulatory compliance
(3) provide suitable business plans with innovative offerings
(October/November 2016) New Entrant Spectrum Auction (If Any):
Allocated 2 x 10 of 900 MHz + 40 MHz of 2300 @ reserve price of S$35m
General Spectrum Auction: November/December 2016
What’s Available (after the above): 2 x 20 of 900 MHz, 45 MHz of 2500 & 2 x 45
MHz of 700 (available from 2018 onwards)
If no new entrant auction, then allocated spectrum goes back into general
spectrum auction pool
