Telecom

(20 Working Days) IDA reviews eligibility:

(1) prove technical/financial capabilities

(2) exhibit performance track record and regulatory compliance

(3) provide suitable business plans with innovative offerings

(October/November 2016) New Entrant Spectrum Auction (If Any):

Allocated 2 x 10 of 900 MHz + 40 MHz of 2300 @ reserve price of S$35m

General Spectrum Auction: November/December 2016

What’s Available (after the above): 2 x 20 of 900 MHz, 45 MHz of 2500 & 2 x 45

MHz of 700 (available from 2018 onwards)

If no new entrant auction, then allocated spectrum goes back into general

spectrum auction pool

Revenue: Revised service revenue to be at about 2015’s level

EBITDA: Revised EBITDA margin on service revenue at about 32%

CAPEX: Maintain cash capex to be about 13% of total revenue

(excludes spectrum payment)

Dividend: Declare 2Q-2016 dividend of 5.0 cents per share

Maintain annual cash dividend of 20.0 cents per share

for FY2016
