1 24 November 2017 Dear Parents and Guardians, We have so much to be thankful for. This term is a short one, but we have already managed to fit so much into 7 weeks: 5 prize-givings, exams, 3 services (including the Valedictory Mass, and two more masses to follow), many sports fixtures, the Grade 6 and Grade 11 Leadership camps, a number of parent evenings, First communion, Confirmation, Remembrance Day, the Grade 7 Farewell and a Pre-Primary sleepover. We look forward to the Carols by Candlelight event on Wednesday, 29 November at 18h00. Please bring the whole family to support the little ones. Children 10 years and younger may enter free. I would like to thank everyone who has contributed towards Dineo Molgate's charity initiative, 'Care for my peers'. Your donations will make a very big difference in the lives of the recipients. If you are in the position to do so, you are most welcome to continue dropping off sanitary towels at Mrs Francis’ office (Admin building). Every year our Matrics donate their school shoes to students elsewhere who need them, once they have written their final exam paper. It has become a lovely St Patrick's tradition. Thank you for continuing this heart- warming practice, Class of 2017. The text book and stationery orders for next year close on 1 December 2017. Please note that any orders submitted at this stage, will not arrive in time for the 1 st day of school, but it will be processed. If your order has not been submitted, please do so as soon as possible. The Finance Office is open for payment of fees and general finance queries every Monday to Friday from 07h15 to 15h30. Enjoy your weekend. Yours sincerely, Jacques Tredoux Executive Head St Patrick’s CBC Weekly Information Sheet 41 - Term 4 2017 yrs 120
